InterContinental Hotels SINGAPORE ROBERTSON QUAY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was clear and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was right next to water front with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, the breakfast is really nice with an assortment of asian and western options. Only con is that the rooms were a little small for my liking, but that wasn’t significant compared to the pros. Had a lovely stay.

The hotel is elegant, beautifully furnished and equipped, with a great location and a wonderful staff. I particularly loved the magnificent swimming pool, and swam laps there every day of my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is wonderful but the service is 10/10. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond. Looking forward to staying longer next time I’m in Singapore.

Everything impressed us about our seven night stay. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff so warm, friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Singapore.

Great experience overall. Staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Pool is really nice for lap swimming. Gym has all it needs. The room was small but had a nice view on the river, where one was able to watch the wildlife of thr river. Only minus point is that one cannot open any windows and due to the small room, clothes tend to dry very slow (wardrobe is next to the bathroom)

This was our first time in Singapore. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking along the river with the availability of many restaurants.

Overall great property. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood. Taxi drivers know where this hotel is so convenient for travelers too. Check in is on the 4th floor and you can take the elevator to go up.

My stay was already off to a bad start due to an apparent over-charging and poor/slow response by Hotels.com. And a delayed inbound flight (not the responsibility of the hotel) but did mean we missed the afternoon tea on arrival which was part of the package. We selected a significantly more expensive Junior Suite option to ensure sufficient space in the room for the family, and to access the package benefits, including club access, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapes. were allocated a room. However, we were allocated a room much smaller than expected, according to the photographs! Considering it was specifically booked for 3 persons, it is thought this could have been better taken into account! To he fair, upon request the next morning, the hotel did change us to a much larger room as per expectations! On the 2nd evening we were badly let down by the lack of attention and service in the club for cocktails and canapes. We were effectively ignored and had to walk out as we wanted to attend the Marina Bay lightshow at 8:45pm. Overall, a nice hotel in excellent location, but comes with high expectations according to their pricing. I felt my wife was disappointed by the experience, which is a great pity as it was our 28th wedding anniversary, and this was supposed to be a treat!

The staff and service at Intercon Robertson Quay are truly exceptional. The hotel and room were small but clean, modern and very thoughtful with the details. But it’s the staff and managers there that made a real difference- professional, friendly, efficient and top notch.

Great location, friendly staff

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite its 5-star rating, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. My room was not ready until three hours after the scheduled check-in time, which was frustrating. The rooms themselves are surprisingly small, lacking the comfort you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. I’ve already filed a complaint, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a truly 5-star experience.
