InterContinental Hotels SINGAPORE ROBERTSON QUAY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The original room that I was being given was very noisy, as the bar with loud music was just right below. The staffs were kind and agreed to change room for me at higher floor with room facing a different side, so problem solved.

It is in one of the best neighborhoods of Singapore with many nice eateries around. It is a pleasant walk along the river bank in the evening.

I am very disappointed with the service of this 5 star hotel. Very bad experience.

周边环境很好，距离克拉码头步行10分钟左右，去各个观光景点都很方便。酒店整洁房间舒适，服务态度很好。推荐

Good place, easy to access, the room is big, sufficient facilities. we enjoy the nights there

以套房來說，房間偏小，但算舒適且不像一般飯店翻新，有一股不好聞的氣味，這點很棒。Longe 早餐選擇不多，但還算精緻，咖啡好喝。水壓偏小，但不知是不是新加坡都如此，目前住的飯店沒有一家水壓夠大。

Brand new room, small but well-designed.

A bit too far away from MRT, the closest station would need 15 mins walk. Nice neighbourhood and relatively new hotel. Love its breakfast most!

It takes some time for the staff to pick up the instant room service hotline.

Staffs are super helpful, prices are reasonable. Next to Robertson Quey, many good resturants around. Convienicense to go anywhere. Next time visit SG, will definately stay back in this hotel.

Good service

It’s a hotel near the Singapore river, close to Clarke Quay, these two are my criteria, there are many hotels nearby, but I went with intercontinental because I have never experienced this brand. Turns out really good, I will revisit again, if I am visiting Singapore.

The hotel is clean and nice, hotel staffs are nice and helpful, breakfast is a bit lack of choices but actually is more than enough for a few days stay, many nice restaurants nearby, but might be a little bit noisy down there, and the room is really small, not much spaces for big baggages and we took taxi all the time! It’s a nice hotel overall if you go for biz trip, a couple or a small family!

地点方便

Thought it’s a bit far away from bus stop and mrt station, it’s just next to Singapore River. Running along the river was nice. Staff was warm-hearted and enthusiastic. After we checked in, the staff from reception just went up to the room with me and gave a short orientation to me. Very satisfied experience.

Despite far from mrt station, everything was excellent with clean room, boutique but nice swimming pool, shops nearby are convenient.
