Slight delay on arrival so upgraded and free mini bar, shuttle service is good. All staff were really helpful

Nice hotel buffet breakfast and pool was really nice.

The service from all the staff was incredible and humbling. From management to cleaners, everyone made us feel at home and attended to our need which made our holiday special and memorable. The service afforded to us during our stay was always with a smile and nothing was a problem. Special mentions to Thava, Danial, Marcus and team @ Dinning, Sheryl, Filipino Mama and everyone that we came into contact with, a huge bouquet to you all. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality. The service provided by the staff for us was phenomenal which made the physical aspect of this review a distant second as personally my belief where ever i go, it is always about the people. Without people there is no soul in a place, there is no life. I can say with confidence that the staff are amazing different cultures working in harmony with each other. I encourage you to take a chance and book a stay @ Novotel on Stevens, you will regret it or disappointed. Thank you Novotel and keep up the great service.

The Hotel is in a nice quiet area the staff are friendly and helpful, ,the food are very good but the cleaning time are every two days and they just come one time if you’re put no disturb sing then you have to ask online from hotel website to get your room clean.

I enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice. The facilities were ok as well. The staff was super helpful. Maybe a more cozy lobby would have been better.

There is nice gym and pool on the 2nd floor. We have utilised the pool late afternoon and wasn't too busy at the time. The hotel is centrally located and close to a bus stop, which took 15min into Orchard Road. Steven Station is not too far, 8-10min walk.

Rooms was not ready upon check-in. But customer service was excellent. I had multiple accommodation reserved there.

Convince and easy accessibility to transport and landmarks

My stay was great, and amazing staff. However the breakfast buffet was crowded, and food was not topped up, and tables not cleaned.

Rooms were terribly humid. I changed my room 2 times and both of them very very humud. Bed linens were almost wet due to humidness in the room. AC was barely working and I checked out earlier. Staff were not serius about the issue.
