Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

We had really a great stay! Check in was fast! No deposit required. Beautiful lobby! Got a free upgrade to family room that come with a tent that my daughter love it so much! Extra bed for her to z too. The king bed is so big. They even send in anniversary card wishes and cakes for us! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good too. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure! Thanks for everything!

Booked for my husband's belated birthday celebration. Got the early check in and late check out. No deposit required. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. We also received a complimentary chocolate cake slices with a birthday card from hotel. The pool is really big but no kiddy pool so families with kids please supervise your kids. 10-15mins walk from orchard MRT. Room is clean and spacious. Will come back in the future.

Stay was good, staff are all friendly and polite and that includes the housekeeping lady whom we simply walked past. Left a note on my booking reservation about my partner's birthday, and the front desk officer (Dominic) made sure to send 2 slices of cake along with a birthday card via room service! That meant that they had to make sure we are in the room before they sent the cake up, which is really thoughtful. Food at the orchard cafe is really good, plus sweet deal of 20% for in house guests. Overall, stay was pleasant especially with early check in and late check out! Will definitely visit again!

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

The hotel location is good with good surrounding. The distance to Orchard MRT station is quite far, walking 15-20 minutes, but very close to the bus stop. To Changi Airport, you can take bus number 36 for only 2 dollars. Clean hotel, friendly staff, room with comfortable space, can express check out. Thank you Orchard Hotel, see you again!

The hotel staff is very helpful if we need anything. The distance to Orchard Road is quite far if you walk, about 500 meters but there is a bus stop nearby, so you can take the bus if you don't feel like walking.

When checking in, we were directed to check in independently using a machine, but it turned out that we couldn't, so we had to check in manually. We checked in during the Chinese New Year celebration yesterday, and we were given a gift of 2 oranges in a cute bag. The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the rooftop.

friendly staff during our stay the AC problem has been fixed but it doesn't work anymore, so I'm too lazy to call a technician, drinking water is not available, it seems like you have to take tap water and then boil it using the available tools, the room is cramped, stuffy smells of cigarettes even though we don't smoke, luckily the friendly staff still helped us, it should have been 3 nights but after only 2 nights we immediately checked out because we couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes and the stuffiness

It was very nice to be given chocolates and a happy honeymoon greeting but forgot to take a photo. The room was clean even though it was not spacious, but still enough for two people. And on the second night in the middle of the night there was an alarm sound, everyone was shocked but it turned out to be a false alarm, and the next day we were given fruits as a sign of apology from the hotel, and on the last day we were allowed to check out late until 12.30 noon. Thank you Orchad hotel, if I go to Singapore again I will stay here.
