***As per recent COVID outbreak measurement guideline, Plaza Premium Lounge may only accept lounge guests DEPARTING FROM SINGAPORE as origin, the lounge is currently unable to accept arriving guests from overseas or transiting guests in Changi Airport. This will proceed until further notice. Please be noted and kindly check with the airport authority if you have any questions.*** STRICTLY REQUIRED BY HOTEL TO PROCESS GUEST'S RESERVATION (COMPULSORY / MANDATORY) : Guest must provide flight details and check-in time to enable Plaza Premium Lounge to process the reservation. Additional hour booked and payable direct to the Lounge. Booking for Lounge access only. No Sleeping room included. Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight. Guests must present a valid travelling document upon check-in. Guests will not have access to their checked-in baggage at the lounge. The lounge is not responsible for any guests' checked-in baggage transfer during the stay.
Located at Terminal 1, near boarding gate D41, Aerotel Singapore is only a 2-minute walk from the gate. We provide four types of super-cushy rooms that you can book by the hour. We've also a got Fitness Corner for you to exercise while you’re on the go, an outdoor Swimming Pool if you need a tan and a Library Lounge with table service if you are craving some local delicacies.
While we are open to serve you, your health and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. Guided by our “We Care for Your Wellbeing” campaign, all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
As per local authority’s requirements, all guests must remain in their rooms until the check-out time. To promote a contactless environment, meals will be delivered to your doorstep, and a room key drop-off box is also available for express check outs.
You must be in possession of a valid boarding pass and travel document to access. According to airport regulations, Aerotel Singapore is currently only able to accept passengers flying on Singapore Airlines, Silk Air, and Scoot, as well as the following approved interlines* (both ways): Air Niugini – Qatar Airways Jetstar Asia – Emirates, Airfrance/ KLM, British Airways, Qatar Airways Singapore Airlines/SilkAir – Garuda Indonesia, Air France/KLM, Lufthansa/SWISS, Turkish Airlines, Air Niugini Air France/KLM – Garuda Indonesia Garuda Indonesia – Etihad, Air France, KLM or Qatar Airways Gulf Air - Gulf Air
In line with Changi Airport Group (CAG) directive, passengers arriving into Terminal 3 will need to be transported to Aerotel. As such, Aerotel will arrange for complimentary buggy transfers to ferry guest to the hotel. Similarly when departing from Aerotel to Terminal 3, buggy transfers will be arranged. Depending on number of arrival and departing passengers and due to Covid-19 proximity rules, there could be varying waiting times for the buggy transfers. Very sorry. Even though the staff & service are ok, it feels like it's a waste of money to spend a lot of money just to get a sofa with minimal drinks and snacks, crowding with other visitors with no distance between chairs + very noisy people going back and forth. It's better to rest in the airport area (the waiting room/chairs in the airport area) is much more comfortable, the room is air-conditioned too, lots of charging ports, lots of toilets, the air is fresher and fresher and of course you don't need to spend a lot of money just to rent a chair.

Nice place to relax but not for sleep. The sofa cannot be reclined so it 's hard to sleep. And for those who is sensitive to noise its very hard to sleep. Often awaken every 30 minutes because of noises. Either someone talking, snoring or from plate being arranged. But overall nice play to relaxed and wait for your next flight. Drinks are decent, some good comfort food and nice coffee. Staff are very nice too.

Did the 3 hour thing. Had a 12 hour stop over in Changi. Enjoyed the lounge. Food was OK, drinks were OK, staff were great. But the best was the shower. Lovely, clean, spotless and and oh so enjoyable after a long day travelling.

Recommended. Transit 5 jam nunggu di Lounge ini bisa makan dan minum kopi/teh, softdrink, bir maupun wine freeflow. Bisa juga mandi di sediakan handuk yang bersih, sabun dan shampo cair, hair dyer di kamar mandi private. Pemandangam Lounge ke arah parkir pesawat.

The sofa is quite small, suggest adding support for the legs. If visitors want to shower, they can ask the receptionist to register first, after that they are given the bathroom key to shower in their own room complete with a towel. You can take as much food and drink as you like. 9.5/10

I arrived to Changi at 3AM and here is my experience with Plaza Premium Lounge. 1. Reception checked and confirmed check in service quickly (I'm happy about it) 2. When I enter the Lounge, almost sofa seat are gone. Hard to find nearby Sofa for 2 people. Which is easy to find in transit area (outside the lounge) 3. Food is just OK, not many choice. 4. Toilet is not clean enough. I think the outside the lounge, toilet is much much better as they are cleaned frequently. Finally, I will not select this lounge for my next trips. Not cause it 's bad. It is not good enough compared to what I paid.
