The hotel is a big lobby as soon as you enter, the receptionist is friendly, the fun thing is there is afternoon tea (cakes, coffee, nuts, lots of snacks), the room is comfortable, cheap, around the hotel... The staff are all friendly and always smile... The price is also not too expensive, even though it is a 5 star hotel. Excellent.

We been greeted and well treated by guest reception Ms Marie . As We celebrated our Wedding Annivesary , We received suprise Gift Beautiful Cute Cupcake with Card. The Room really clean and nice and there were Muslim facilities such as a Quran and Prayer Mat too.

This hotel was very nostalgic to me. Because i used to stay here with my late grandma in this hotel when i was a kid. After years, I booked this hotel because my auntie & my cousin also stayed in this hotel at level 14. Upon check in I asked to get a room on the same level as them, they said i cannot bcs level 14 is not for the room i booked. I said okay, they gave me a room a level below which was room 1308. At 2:30 am, i was laying down on the bed while playing with my phone suddenly, the lights in the bathroom and in front of it kept on turning off and on like someone was playing with the lights. After several times I called the reception and they offer me to send a technician at 3 in the morning. I said I dont want, so the solution they gave is only allowing my cousins to get to my floor with their access. Afterwards, it still happen three times at 5 am ish. My cousin who was sleeping was awake bcs of it bcs it was very disturbing. Next morning they offer us a breakfast an hour before the breakfast ended (which we didnt go) and also two airport transfer.

My parent got the wrong room when they checked in, however after a complaint the hotel moved them to the actual room type that was booked originally. They have always been staying at the hotel for years. Good to know the hotel kept their standard.
