Clean and modern hotel with handy airport shuttle service. Breakfast also excellent food with Asian and standard options. The buffet dining area presented some design safety issues as there are many split levels to navigate. Just good to know to take care if you have some visual impairment or balance on steps while holding food. A decent selection of English news channels on TV. Service by staff was fabulous, especially Concierge Jang who treated us like royalty. Thank you

Grand Hyatt Incheon was incredible! The staff is professional and speaks perfect English. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers. I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced – especially the amazing water pressure and the design of the bathroom. On the downside, paying extra for breakfast didn’t feel worth it, and I found the rule allowing shirts and hats in the swimming pool both unnecessary and unhygienic.

This is an American hotel. I think adding a Starbucks would be great. The restaurant on the first floor near the lobby is overpriced and the food is not good. I’m actually very open minded and overall quality but these are two areas which can be improved. The chickens starter I preferred tasted old and never finished it.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since it was our first time in Korea, we were a bit nervous, but the staff who assisted us during check-in made everything so easy and welcoming. Their guidance and hospitality really made us feel at home. We truly appreciate their kindness, and because of this amazing experience, we will definitely come back and stay here again on our next trip to Korea!

I love the airport shuttle, architecture of the building, and staff. The staff is very quick to accommodate any needs. The only drawback is the water almost completely flooding the bathroom floor when showering. We had to use almost 10 towels to soak up the water.

You need to add color to the building or some art work. The building is cold looking. DON"T CHECK-IN EARLY they will charge you which is stupid. Given many flights arrive in the early morning, checking-in...if you have the room that should be it... if you do not the room because of cleaning, that is very understandable. Eating prices are way to high
