I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers. I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pleasant experience with wonderful selection of halal food!

The AC couldn't cool, it didn't work until I complained, the technician came and said it was like this. A 5 star class hotel can be like this, it 's surprising. When we arrived the children 's swimming pool was also closed. The only good thing is the playground, my kids really like it.

I got a suite upgrade after the front desk mistakenly gave my room to other guest. Thanks Traveloka.

Very nice hotel and spacious room. Price is reasonable. Breakfast also looks good but too bad I don't have time to try it.
