The harbour view was amazing. The room was really spacious. The hotel is about a 9-minute walk to the nearest metro station. There are also bus stops just outside the hotel. I would not worry about getting the paid breakfast. The room was mostly clean. The top shelves of the dressing table were in desperate need of dusting. Good value, would stay again.

This is a no frills hotel, don't expect much from the front desk as they were not able to help us with any tourist recommendations, the elevator was super slow, wifi didn't work in the morning we were supposed to check out so I had to ask the front desk and they had us use another room's wifi. The hotel does not offer water either not even in a dispenser. The adjacent hotel is called Harbor hotel and that seems to be a nicer option. Skip this place is you are a tourist.

It was an honest mistake not knowing the area but not to be helpful was extremely rude. I recently stayed at Adela Hotel Busan and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the city. The hotel is directly across from Lotte Mall and close to key shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants, while Busan Station is only around 12–15 minutes away by taxi, making it very convenient for getting around. We stayed in a standard room on the 23rd floor with outstanding views overlooking the mountains, bridges, harbour, and distant lighthouses. The room was deceptively spacious, approximately 15m x 6m, with floor-to-ceiling windows that really made the most of the scenery. There was plenty of room for suitcases, plus a small dining/coffee area beside the windows which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was also generously sized at around 3m x 3m with a good shower and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it worked very well for two people without ever feeling cramped. The only small downside is that the hotel is beginning to show a little age, with some wear and tear noticeable in certain finishes and trims. However, considering the price, location, room size, and incredible views, this was very easy to overlook. I stayed at the neighbouring LaValse Hotel the week before at a much higher price point, yet the room was around half the size and less practical for two people. Adela offered far better overall value. I would definitely stay again and would simply encourage the hotel to modernise a few details-try it!

Quick 10-15 min cab ride from Busan station. Great views from hotel, and wonderful breakfast which had great options for both Western and Korean foods choices. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and we loved that we could store our luggage on our last day in Korea. Transit station to subway within easy walking distance. Our only complaint was the elevators - plan your departure in advance as you'll be waiting forever to get on the elevator. We were on the 14th floor and chose to do 10 flights of stairs to breakfast each day rather then wait for the elevator...and often beat it. Leaving with your luggage can be an exercise in patience.

I stayed here for four nights in December, choosing the hotel for it's close location to the metro and also for views of the harbour. It was lovely to sit in the room at night with the harbour all lit up. It was a short walk across the bridge to the metro station and also Lotte Department Store - which also had a supermarket, amazing food court in the basement and an even more amazing garden and observatory at the top of the building. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear, and the wait for the lift can be very, very long at times (close to 9 minutes the morning I checked out). But worth it for the harbour views and reasonable cost.

The property was old but not terrible. You get the harbor view which was nice to wake up to and the workers were really nice. The convenience store was attach to the hotel so you didn’t have to walk out. It wasn’t near by much shopping which you do have to take the bus down more but the bus station was near by so getting around wasn’t bad as we only stayed here maybe two nights for our day tour. With future upgrades, this place has potential for longer stays.
