Good place to crash for the night befire a flight. There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. There was a helpful guy at the front desk, which doesnt appear to be staffed 24hrs.

Manual checkin was a little bit challenging as my reservation did not come up. But someone showed and helped. All, walking distance to ICN. Price + location, great. And the Jet Lagged Lizard pub is good nearby too.

Very convenient for the airport - free shuttle. Affordable. Lovely and helpful staff. Hated the vibe, v outdated, it felt a little unclean. Although the bathrooms were great.

The room was well-equipped-kitchette, washer/dryer, great shower, complimentary water for each guest, a/c, fan, security monitor at door, tv. The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.

I thought it was a hotel but there is no reception until 2am. I thought we could ask them to save our luggage when we arrived early but no one was there. Same with checking out. If you have a late flight this is not the place you want. I thought we could leave the luggage for storage but we had to go to the airport right away and waited for 10 hours.

Not the room that’s in the pictures. The hotel was almost impossible to find. The lady switched our rooms when she realized we booked through a third-party. Loud hot people live there is not a hotel.

I never got in this hotel, immigration problem… I try to contact to cancel my reservation and seam to be very dificulte to do that with hotel and Expedia! I want my deposit and any other charges back to my account!!! Very disappointed with Expedia customer support I will be waiting for a response and refund

Great if you like prison style living. Though I’m guessing prison doesn't smell as bad. Cigarettes smell everywhere. The pictures are misleading, there is only check in desk and rooms. Restaurants/cafe nearby are below standard too.

This is not a regular hotel but a place like extended stay. No front desk staff. Only virtual check—in. No free parking option during the check in and we had to park somewhere with the fee. The info and pictures are misleading. The restaurants are not affiliated with this hotel. The place looks like an office building that were converted to provide the lodging for the foreigner workers.
