Good place to crash for the night befire a flight. There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. There was a helpful guy at the front desk, which doesnt appear to be staffed 24hrs.

1. it is not happy BUT it can be acceptable, because it is not the main problem
first furniture is old and damaged
The appliance is so old rust and near the window some stainless top is very bad rust
wood floor was very old and damaged all over
2.it is very important for sleep a day and it is not acceptable at all.
dirty many spots and dust
3 person but 2 slipper but it was sticky
The bedding sheet has a lot of stain(gross stain) and hair in bed ( I couldn't sleep since I found these)
water stain on the sailing all over (worried mold inside)
I couldn't believe they charged $112.00 for this room.
I went front desk but no one there.
I sent an email asking for an email address because I want to send a photo of what I'm talking about but I haven't heard anything yet.
That day was my first day of family trip in Korea, but it made my family very bad.

Even though the parking was free, I got a bill of 38,000 when leaving and got stuck at the gate and had to go back in to the desk for them to zero out our bill

20 minutes shuttle bus drive to the hotel. Although it took us some time to figure out which bus and where to take. Room was spacious and clean. Although hotel is older, it had pretty much everything we needed except universal power plugs/ adapters. Air conditioner was quite loud. Newly renovated bathroom was appreciated. (shower only, no tub). Beds were comfortable enough, Asian style, firm. It was perfect for a 20 hour layover transiting to another country.

We are a family of four an stayed in one room to rest after a long flight before heading to Seoul. Hotel Hu was a short distance a free shuttle from the airport, kind service, and basic room amenities. It was near food and walking trails. It was a very nice stay.

Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans.

Not that close to airport. Pricey for what you actually get. Shurtle Bus makes several hotel stops and not enough room to sit. Better off getting an Uber.

Super convenient location from Incheon airport terminal 1. Just take the airport shuttle on departures level at the assigned doors and you’re literally 2 stops away from the hotel (5min trip.) The bus stop back to the airport is literally across the road from the hotel.
Location wise, the area feels a bit dodgy but it’s just a lot of empty buildings with convenient stores. The building on the outside looks empty, but the entrance and lobby is easy to find. Check in was super easy. Room was as per the photographs. Showers had a recent upgrade and were great - literally felt like a different space.
We had a weird moment checking out around 5am.. when leaving the apartment, there was a man at the end of the corridor just standing there, creepy vibes… he sort of hid for a bit when we were leaving but he stayed in that corner of the corridor. If I was a solo traveller or a woman and saw that at 5am, I’d feel really unsafe.
Aside from that, the hotel did the job. Great if you have a late night flight into incheon, or if you have a super early flight out.

The staff wasn't there and I had some problems of using the kiosk to check in. However, the stuff did come down when I called the number. The amenities are barebone and outdated. It's okay for transit. However I cannot charge my phone because the outlet was different and I hadn't had that problem in previous stays in Korea. The good thing is there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
