The hotel was very nice. I didn't understand the pool scheduling at first, but eventually I understood why they had time slots for pool use. This was to provide a private session for those to enjoy. The area was around a lot of stairs, great for doing a workout outdoors. There were a lot of restaurants near by which made finding food convenient. The staff was nice and smiled each time my sister and I exited and entered the building.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Great view of city from room. Excellent housekeeping. Service of luggage assistance slow, and bar service for 2 people slow, just "ok".

Almost everything was so perfect such as parking, staff’s response, cleanliness etc:) I’ll comeback again!

Metro station 100 mts. I didn't like the long hallways to get to your room and the extra doors after the elevator neather the thick and humid carpet in the hallway.

The place was newly built so was very clean. The surrounding area was very safe and the was near metro.

We are so enjoyable to stay in this hotel. In particular, we would like to express our gratitudes to the kindness of the staffs, the quick response to problems, and the ability to work. And there is a cultural space around the hotel and the park is close, so it is leisurely, abundant, and safe. It is highly recommended because it is a good place to enjoy a vacation in the city when you need a rest after an exhausting flight.

During our stay at the Mercure, we enjoyed the convenient location and the clean, reasonably priced rooms. However, the hospitality left something to be desired. The check-in process felt a bit impersonal, and we didn’t always feel welcomed by the staff. The pool experience was particularly disappointing: we had to make a reservation and then were required to purchase a bathing cap at an additional cost, which made us feel that the customer experience wasn’t a priority. The breakfast buffet was decent, but we had to wait a long time for a table even with a reservation. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere would make us think twice about returning.

The hotel and surrounding area was beautiful, clean and better than other 5 star hotels that I've stayed at in the United States. I was a little surprised that the surrounding area and hotel were very empty. I'm not sure if I was visiting during the "offseason" (June) or if it's more busier during other times of the year when more conventions are going on. This was my virst visit to South Korea and I was very impressed. However, if you are vacationing in Seoul, the hotel is located about 30 - 40 minutes by train to many tourist spots but conveniently located close to Gimpo International airport. Trains / buses are conveniently located close to the hotel and there are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. My compliments to Cafe dd Craft Bakery & Coffee across the street from the hotel. We had breakfast there every day and will miss you dearly! Thanks for a wonderful stay and great memories!

외국인들이 전철을 타고 이 호텔에 가는것은 힘듭니다. 전철역에서 내려서 바로앞 문에 계단이 있어서 여행가방들을 들고내려가거나 건물을 빙 돌아 앞문으로 가야합니다 산이 근처에 있어서 그런지 샤워하는 와중에 수채구멍을 통해서 지네같은 발 많이 달린게 발밑에 돌아다녀서 소리지르고 깜짝 놀랐어요. 그후로 샤워실 유리문을 계속 닫아놨어요 방으로 들어올까봐. 그렇지만 전철도 가깝고 강남가기도좋고 가격에비해서 깨끗한편이고 조용해서 머무르기 괜찮아요

Great location! Right next to plenty of coffee locations, olive young, Korea post and laundromat. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the pool. I assumed it would be a lap pool based on online and how you had to reserve a spot. Not the case and it was full of families with young kids.
