be careful whether you book "Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok" or "Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae". One is located at Magok , and the next one is located at Hongik Univ. Station. at the begining, i click on the googel map and want at book Hongik Univ. Station one. However , google re-direct me to 'Magok' one. it's my own fault that i did not to check clearly before booking. anyway, it's a excellent hotel. You just need 10-15 mins metro to city everyday for the trip only.

Staffs are awesome. We put on do not disturb several time during the stay. And they called and checked on what we need for the day and delivered by doorsteps. Plus the business center is an easy access at floor 4th. But only one computer available, several seats for notebook users though. 10/10. It’s just off the metro. And two stops away from 弘大 by air rail

1층 짐 맡기는 당담직원은 자주 자리에 없고 연락할 수 있는 방법도 없어서 외국인한테 좀 불편해요. 게다가 태도 좀 안 좋아요. 다른 직원들이 다 좋은데 마지막 짐 맡겼을때 좀 아쉬운 느낌인 것 같아요. 청소메니저 방 청소했을떄 절저히 안 한 것 같아요. 첫째날 밤에 먹은 음식물쓰레긴 남새 날까봐 문에 더 가까운 위치에 놓은데 이틀째 청소한 후 아직도 그대로 있어요. 좀 더 주의하고 개선하면 좋겠어요.

Google map選擇弘大美居大使酒店，錯誤引導我到這間偏遠的MAGOK 美居大使酒店，完全破壞原本的旅程規劃，但兩邊酒店以及Hotels.com均沒有任何賠償！！ 酒店本身乾淨舒適，距離地鐵站3分鐘，機場巴士般列車可以直達麻谷渡口站，房間有提供即棄拖鞋，typeC 跟USB充電，兩支水同毛巾，牙刷牙膏要自備 酒店B2樓層有幾間餐廳及7-11,亦可穿去地鐵站落雨都唔怕，對面已經有Starbucks 同Olive young，大量餐廳及便利店 地鐵6號出口有扶手電梯到酒店，1.2號出口有藥房，電梯出去可到對面便利店及餐廳 如果要出去弘大車程15分鐘左右，但機鐵線需要步行多8-10分鐘才會4號線嘅市中心，所以要預2-0-25分鐘

良い点 ・空港鉄道や繁華街エリアへのアクセスが良い 気になる点 ・ホテルの入り口がわかりづらい ・部屋の空調調節ができない ・（隣人トラブルを避けるためか）テレビの音声が上げられない、リモコン調節の説明書もリモコン本体と違うので変えようがない ・お風呂のシャワーの使い方の説明が無い ・お手洗いが一回では流れない（ルールとして流していいのか不明）

The hotel was very nice. I didn't understand the pool scheduling at first, but eventually I understood why they had time slots for pool use. This was to provide a private session for those to enjoy. The area was around a lot of stairs, great for doing a workout outdoors. There were a lot of restaurants near by which made finding food convenient. The staff was nice and smiled each time my sister and I exited and entered the building.
