Nice hotel. Our issue was that the swimming pool was being refurbished . We were not informed before we arrived or on check in. No signage on reception to let you know. Twice our safe failed to close . We had no English news or channel.

To be evenbetter - sun loungers in poor broken condition and only 4 available. Cups/ mugs needed in room for tea/ coffee not paper cups.

Didn't include the breakfast that my website Expedia search included. Website not fit for purpose and misleading. If I ask for an expedia search including breakfast then the hotel selection should remain throughout with such. Simply not good enough especially when we're paying £1000 for seven nights. Mr Harter

Reception staff were all very accommodating and helpful at all times.
The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen also changed daily.
However replenishing of the sundries such as cotton wool pads, toilet rolls etc. were hit & miss.
The hotel is situated outside the city centre but a short taxi ride approx €8 was good value as it was located conveniently for all directions you wanted to get to.
It was ideal for a winter break as the windows could remain closed otherwise in the summer months, you would definitely need to use air con as the road outside is very busy and high traffic flow therefore very noisy & fumes.
Overall a very enjoyable stay was had :)
