Nice hotel. Our issue was that the swimming pool was being refurbished . We were not informed before we arrived or on check in. No signage on reception to let you know. Twice our safe failed to close . We had no English news or channel.

Great service from those in reception. Great facilities - pool, gym,bar. We did not eat in the hotel but restaurant looked nice. Short taxi ride into city centre but a good walk also

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, good cleanliness, friendly efficient service.Special mention for Raquel in bar/ restaurant excellent friendly service- thank you. To be evenbetter - sun loungers in poor broken condition and only 4 available. Cups/ mugs needed in room for tea/ coffee not paper cups.

Friendly helpful staff. It’s about 2.5 km to centro. Although we walked most times, taxis are readily available.

The property was very nice and well kept. The Restaurant staff in the morning and especially for dinner were very attentive and professional. Dinner was excellent!

Sólo escogimos este hotel para partido de futbol en el Benito Villamarín… es buena opción. Si vas a haver turismo mejor escojer otra zona. Aunque es buen hotel

Really clean hotel. Room was really spacious. Toiletries and bottled water replenished daily. Room cleaned well by staff. Rooftop pool a really nice addition.

We were three friends on our last night at the end of one week stay in Seville. Very nice staff with some nice restaurants in the area. We slept very well in comfortable beds.

Didn't include the breakfast that my website Expedia search included. Website not fit for purpose and misleading. If I ask for an expedia search including breakfast then the hotel selection should remain throughout with such. Simply not good enough especially when we're paying £1000 for seven nights. Mr Harter

Reception staff were all very accommodating and helpful at all times. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen also changed daily. However replenishing of the sundries such as cotton wool pads, toilet rolls etc. were hit & miss. The hotel is situated outside the city centre but a short taxi ride approx €8 was good value as it was located conveniently for all directions you wanted to get to. It was ideal for a winter break as the windows could remain closed otherwise in the summer months, you would definitely need to use air con as the road outside is very busy and high traffic flow therefore very noisy & fumes. Overall a very enjoyable stay was had :)
