What Guests Say About Their Stay

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in August and were both surprised that it wasn’t a 4 star hotel. On our arrival the receptionist was lovely and friendly and the good service continued from there. We had breakfast and evening meal included during our stay and we weren’t disappointed. The food was really fresh and lots of choice. Our room was clean, modern and fresh. The pool was good and the noise levels during the night (for Ibiza) was very good. We slept well. We don’t often go back to the same hotel as we like to stay in different places but we both agreed that we’d be back to stay the Pacific again. Easily a good 4 star!!! m

The room didn’t look like the photos. The upgraded room did. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms were not as clean as they should be. Had to request new sheets twice. In the upgraded room the shower head holder was broken and hanging, and there was whole in the tile. The front desk staff was amazing though! They are the only reason I’m not giving lower reviews. They all helped me as best they could.

Overall great stay short 5 day stay, room was clean only a few downsides really the lift broke 4 times with guests in it one of them having a panick attack which was not nice to see, the aircon wasn’t as cool as you would expect for 25 degrees plus, you cannot have drinks with the evening meal for half board unless they are purchased onsite, also be careful when you eat the scrambled egg it had tuna in without any signage (would be nice if you like tuna though lol) but still overall would stay again.

The stay was OK in general. We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and it was noicy the whole night, so we only slept 2 nights fine the rest of the nights was noicy and i had to go out of my bed to tell people not to make noice. The rooms was not so clean, and very old. The breakfast was not that good as they only had pork for meet and was angry when we asked them to make some omelet to us. The clearning og our plates was also too hard so we had the feeling that we should be done with our food fast so that the staff could get home earlier. In the bar the staff was nice and they wanted to give us a good experience. The pool was clean and there was a lot of chairs and the atmosphere was good.

Good location and base for all activities in san an area. Perfect for heading to one of the big clubs as nearby the disco bus stop at the bus station. The room is VERY basic so glad we hadn’t planned to spend long in the room. Pool is ok, could feature more loungers, other guests out first thing laying out towels making it tricky to get a bed later on. Breakfast offering was good for a hotel of this star rating.

We used this hotel for a 3 night stay for the closing parties at the end of September 2015, opting for half board as the price was so good! The room was plenty big enough for us - in fact it had an extra bed in - with bed side tables either side of the bed, a desk and chair and a balcony with 2 chairs. The room was clean and tidy, although we did find a few ants in the bathroom but it was only a couple each day so not a major issue in our eyes. The room also had free air con which although I don't think was adjustable it was cold enough to keep the room at a very comfortable temperature. Check in was a little slow but I think we were unlucky as a coach load of people appeared to be checking in just before us! We went half board, we didn't actually make use of the evening meal on any of our days there but we did make it down for breakfast one day. There was a good selection of your usual continental style breakfast items as well as plenty of fry up ingredients. The hotel pool area was a good size with plenty of sun beds. The hotel benefits from being right next to the Egg round about in San An, so is within a short walk to the bus station to catch the disco bus or plenty of shops to buy booze or visit the west end. It's also only a 10 min walk to Cafe Mambo to catch the sun set!

I stayed at Azuline with 5 other girls. We took the number 9 bus from the airport (€4) to the bus station which is about a 3 minute walk to the hotel. There's lots of loungers by the pool and a bar that sells food and drinks throughout the day. The pool was large and had a great atmosphere, music was played throughout the day. We did request a pool view room and three rooms together but we didn't get that. Rooms on the second floor have not been renovated yet but we're still clean and of a good standard. Hotel reception is manned 24/7 and security check wristbands on arrival back to the hotel after a night out. They also walk the corridor to make sure people aren't making too much noise, which was good as we were able to sleep when we finally got in. We booked half board, there is a large buffet selection at breakfast and dinner. I'm quite picky with what I eat but there is something for everyone. We were told when booking that we got free wifi but on arrival told we had to pay. You can hire a safe for €3 a day with a €10 deposit. We would stay here again :)

As part of the small older contingent on a young lads Ibiza stag long weekender, I had braced myself for a crazy and slightly seedy experience at the chosen (by the lads) hotel. However was actually pretty good, exceeding expectations. Great value (£35 per night B&B) and location. OK don't go expecting a quiet UK style 4* experience, there were at least 4 large UK stag parties passing through during our stay and they certainly had their moments of fame by the pool (some bad langauge and nudity but nothing gross). Be aware that the hotel bar closes at midnight, which caught a few of our party out when they returned early (tired and emotional) from the town bars and clubs. Location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the West End bar strip but far enough away to be quiet when you needed to chill. Pool area is lovely and bar drinks were good value (2.50 EUR a pint). Breakfast buffet was better than expected with proper fried eggs & most importantly brown & red sauce! Don't expect any food outside of formal dining hours though, just crisps etc from the bar. Rooms were typical (clean & tidy no frills) but the aircon worked and the balconies were a good size. Wifi had to be paid for (E10/wk)and was apparently very slow. Room safes were also extra at 3E/day The hotel has NO car parking but we found spaces free in the Miniciple car park just over the road.. The staff were pleasant and I have to say VERY patient and understanding of my younger friends "exhuberance"!

My friend and I, 2 females, came from Canada to visit Ibiza to party for the end of season parties; the hotel stay was decent, we got a great deal on it so we really got what we paid for. Hotel was cleaned daily, however, the cleaning ladies would knock and open the door at about 10 am each morning, never locking the door behind them, we kept our stuff locked in our suitcases whenever we left. The front desk people were helpful, easy to buy tickets for the clubs directly from them. Anotonio, the night conceirge was awesome, really nice guy! We never made it to breakfast, so can't comment on that. Location was great, just off the strip where you can find food and everything else you could possibly need and also a 5 min walk from the beach... right by the "egg", which made it easy for us to tell the cab drivers if they didn't speak great english. My complaint would be that the walls seem paper thin... we could hear every single cough, laugh, puke that our neighbours took. Lots of people from the UK staying in this hotel, constantly knocking (and by knocking I mean banging with their fists on the door at least 15 times, no joke!), screaming, yelling down the hall way. We never rested well... would I stay here again? Probably not, but if you're young, British, and can sleep through anything, you would probably enjoy your stay.

Overall the stay was good. It's what you would expect of a 3 star hotel. Rooms were clean and my friend and I had a good room overlooking the pool. Hotel was of a young crowd which was fine for us as myself and 3x friends are between 28-35 yrs. Hotel staff were ok, not overly friendly but not rude either. Breakfast was simple but adequate and we optioned in for the half board but never ended up eating at the hotel because we had booked a couple of pool parties. Location is fine a just a 5-10 mins walk into the bay, hotel is near to Lidel and go carts on way to Evissa. Sunset strip is a 20 mins walk. Overall stay was fine, for what we intended, just a base to sleep.

Amazing hotel. Good atmosphere but chilled out as well not too much noise through the night. Food was good, definitely go half board, only made it to breakfast once but dinner was great. Cool staff and a great pool. Location is perfect for San Antonio, 2 mins to the disco bus or the west end.
