The room didn’t look like the photos. The upgraded room did. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms were not as clean as they should be. Had to request new sheets twice. In the upgraded room the shower head holder was broken and hanging, and there was whole in the tile. The front desk staff was amazing though! They are the only reason I’m not giving lower reviews. They all helped me as best they could.

No nos han hecho caso a las peticiones que hicimos en la reserva. Mal olor en los armarios. Pocas normas en las áreas comunes. Falta un frigorifico en las habitaciones.

The only asset rhus property has is it's unique staff. They tried to check me into 5 different rooms unsuccessfully because the air-conditioning was not working. Eventually, I was upgraded for free. The rooms are.so bare....only bathroom towels and toilet roles were provided. Coffee/tea kettle is 20 euros. Etc

Sejour agreable just l hotel devrait avoir plus de discipline concernant le bruit c est ibiza ok..mais des gens en particulier une nationalite aucun respect cris jet de bouteille cannette dans les balcon .aucun respect de l heure du bruit sinon personnel au resto femme de menage tres sympa et top si vous avez besoin de quelque chose

Overall great stay short 5 day stay, room was clean only a few downsides really the lift broke 4 times with guests in it one of them having a panick attack which was not nice to see, the aircon wasn’t as cool as you would expect for 25 degrees plus, you cannot have drinks with the evening meal for half board unless they are purchased onsite, also be careful when you eat the scrambled egg it had tuna in without any signage (would be nice if you like tuna though lol) but still overall would stay again.

Goede service en prima kamers! Ontbijt was goed!

Aria condizionata troppo alta nella hall che fa ammalare generando uno sbalzo termico con l’esterno. Quando hanno pulito non hanno rimesso delle coperte. Colazione solo continentale con poca parte dolce

Bra utvalg på frokostbuffet, med kokk som steker pannekaker og egg. Veldig fint bassengområde! Ekstremt lytt og mange unge party people... Flere måtte bytte rom pga bråk på natta. Sentralt og bra beliggenhet!

Het hotel ligt op een top locatie, vlakbij het busstation en strand. Is verder erg basic. Niet heel schoon en erg gehorig. Ontbijt is prima maar niet heel bijzonder.

Le séjour s’est bien passé. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Salle de bain spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Par contre j’aurais souhaité plus de variété au petit déjeune

Nos gustó el personal del restaurante, superatento y entregado. También el hecho de tener piscina y la posibilidad de ducharnos después del check out. Muy bien ubicado el hotel. Las habitaciones limpias pero tuvimos que avisar en varias ocasiones que repusieran jabones y papel WC. Sin neveras. El picnic es demasiado simple y poco variado. Las paredes son de papel y avisamos a seguridad por ruido y música en otras habitaciones a las 4 de la madrugada y nos respondieron que hay que entenderlo, que la gente está de vacaciones. Aun así no tuvimos una mala estancia. Quizá el precio está por encima de la calidad debido a estas cosas. Si las mejoraran repetiríamos sin duda.

L'albergo non aveva nulla di speciale.. anzi solo difetti (e non esagero) : -Pulizie camere pessime, sposti il letto e trovi colonie di formiche, lenzuola senza cambiare in 10 giorni, le asciugamano idem, bagno che perdeva acqua sporca dal Wc, se malauguratamente la mattina ti cadeva un po di dentifricio nel lavandino é sicuro che lo trovi li al tuo ritorno. -Ristorante : ahimè essendo che lavoro nel settore potrei essere molto severo, ma non credo. Accoglienza = nessuno ad accoglierti in ristorante se non occasionalmente . Buffet colazioni : pessimo.. Essendo un buffet internazionale, davvero poca roba. Linea dolci completamente acquistata e nulla fatto in casa, di cuj di pessima qualità. Ci sono delle cioccolate e marmellate in monodose molto economiche., Pan cake pessimi! Meglio un chew - gum si mastica meglio. LINEA BUFFET CENA: PESSIMO, da premettere costo pasto della struttura molto basso e quindi tutti scarti di alimenti e di colazioni principalmente la sera. Pancetta e cipolla, cipolla e piselli, pollo riciclado del giorno prima, cannelloni e lasagne che Offendono L'Italia, credevo di averle viste tutte nella mia carriera da Chef.. e invece no! Insalata di pasta con frutta sciroppata e scarti di formaggio mattutini!!!! Ma davvero fate???? L'ergastolo ci vorrebbe. Continuerei per ore... In conclusione nulla di emozionante in questa Cucina, quel poco che ho assaggiato tutto senza sapore e privo di amore e passione per la Cucina. DOLCI PESSIMI

Personnel très gentil et agréable. Buffet excellent, emplacement parfait, tout était très bien.

La cosa che più ci ha colpito è stata la disponibilità del personale. Essendo arrivati al sabato all' 1.30 di notte il sabato successivo ci hanno fatto recupersre la cena, ci hanno permesso di stare in piscina tutto il giorno anche dopo il check out e ci hanno fatto fare la doccia nella spa dell hotel. Cena sempre a buffet, molto abbondante e sempre molto varia. Hotel super consigliato. Posizione eccellente. Comoda ainsercizi, vicino alla movida ma comunque silenzioso.
