Soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e due bambine sotto i 12 anni) a luglio 23. Bella struttura, pulizia eccellente, camere spaziose, piscine come da foto presidiate 3/4 bagnini. Buffet ampio e vario. Personale disponibile e sempre presente. Posteggio si trova anche se con qualche difficoltà. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

Good hotel, average wi-fi, no safe in room. Requested upper floor outside room, but got lower floor inside room. Manageress refused to change it despite departures every day. Only good aspect of reception was charming and polite receptionist Bota, who tried hard to resolve the situation but was overruled by the other person.

Stayed here middle of September and it was lovely. Staff are great, hotel was very clean and entertainment every night which was great for a night in.
We were on a room only basis so we didn't use the hotel restaurant however it was always very busy.
Overall great stay here and would definitely return.

Stayed here in Sept 2015 with my family. Nice hotel, located not far from the beach. Comfortable stay. The only problem was noise from conditioner or fridge installed somewhere on basement floor. Especially in the night.
Staff was friendly and was speaking English, Russian and Spanish. Animation was OK. Hotel has a pool, but we didn't use it.
Food was fine (we booked half-board). But dinner didn't include any drink at all. Even water was for sale, which was annoying.
Location is good, 5 mins of walk to the beach.

Las tumbonas son un cachondeo, la gente las coge por la mañana y las toallas se quedan allí todo el día.
El mini club tiene acceso limitado, por lo que algún día el niño se puede quedar sin entrar

Hotel bonito pero nada tranquilo. Más para familias con niños.
El todo incluido no vale la pena mucho, suplementos por marcas de alcohol y lo que es de la cas de poca calidad. Encima parece que les estás robando cuando les pides. Debería haber carta bien detallada de las bebidas que entran en todo incluido y que no. Algunos cócteles si y otros no!! He estado en ptros todo incluido del Sur y nada que ver con esto.
Habitación poco insonorizada.
Piscina pocas hamacas para la gente que hay.
No vi personal de seguridad por si hay algún jaleo, la gente bebe y más todo incluido
Comida aceptable pero repetitiva.
Refrescos de garrafon.
No volvería.
Deben aprender de otros hoteles.

La habitacion muy bien y comoda, pero el restaurante ... poco personal, para coger comida que hacian a la plancha habia muuucha cola ya que solo hay un cocinero y un poco sieso, hacia l comida cruda porque no daba abasto,le pides q te lo haga mas y pone mala cara. La comida buena pero muy repetitiva ,cada dia para la comida y la cena hamburguesa frankfurt pizza, arroz blanco y patatas hervidas y fritas.para los pekes siempre pasta, pero esta buena. Y los camareros los pobres no daban abasto con todas las mesas, mucha gente y poco personal.

Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble , l’hôtel est très bien pour un 3 étoiles. Une bonne piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants dommage qu’il n’y ai pas assez de parasols , il y a des personnes qui font la queue avant l’ouverture de la piscine pour réserver des transats . Le personnel ne parle pas français. C’était un bon séjour dans cette hôtel qui se situe à 5mn à pied de la plage .
