The place was lovely , located right in the central location , brilliant connections buses in front of the hotel, beach walk 3 minutes, shops around! Hotel was very clean and housekeeping services were brilliant, room was spotless everyday, Hotel had many slides and my kids loved it! The obnly thing was missing is kettle and coffee in rooms:)

The only problem was the parking. That area is so hard to find a parking lot. The rest was amazing!

Property is clean but the entertainment area is tiny and not enjoyable with a dangerous stage for mini club. The slides pool water is very deep and the dining is very crowded with broken lift up to the second floor. Couldn’t have stayed more than 3 nights. Close to a nice quiet beach which was nice but there’s better out there

Good hotel, average wi-fi, no safe in room. Requested upper floor outside room, but got lower floor inside room. Manageress refused to change it despite departures every day. Only good aspect of reception was charming and polite receptionist Bota, who tried hard to resolve the situation but was overruled by the other person.

Stayed here middle of September and it was lovely. Staff are great, hotel was very clean and entertainment every night which was great for a night in. We were on a room only basis so we didn't use the hotel restaurant however it was always very busy. Overall great stay here and would definitely return.

Stayed here in Sept 2015 with my family. Nice hotel, located not far from the beach. Comfortable stay. The only problem was noise from conditioner or fridge installed somewhere on basement floor. Especially in the night. Staff was friendly and was speaking English, Russian and Spanish. Animation was OK. Hotel has a pool, but we didn't use it. Food was fine (we booked half-board). But dinner didn't include any drink at all. Even water was for sale, which was annoying. Location is good, 5 mins of walk to the beach.

Bien pour les enfants ,beaucoup de monde fait la queue pour le buffet alors que il y avait beaucoup de table libre,les carrelages était pas très propre dans les chambres mais aussi dans l’hôtel, parking complet

Las tumbonas son un cachondeo, la gente las coge por la mañana y las toallas se quedan allí todo el día. El mini club tiene acceso limitado, por lo que algún día el niño se puede quedar sin entrar
