Hotel Cetina Murcia

Excellent hotel with great amenities that meet or exceed four star hotels despite being three stars. Good breakfast as well. All this at a very reasonable price and smack in the middle of the old town. Just wonderful. Highly recommended.

We were there only 2 nights. Everything was great! Loved everything! Bed was comfortable, clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was on my second day I had the sign not to disturb and they called to see if I needed housekeeping. I was sleeping but besides that. Everything was great!

My experience at this hotel was disappointing when it comes to the facilities. I do not believe it should be promoted as a boutique hotel when there are so many maintenance issues. In addition, the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, including toilet flushes from other bathrooms. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the right hotel for you. It may be acceptable for a one-night stopover, but not for a relaxing stay. The bathtub was clogged, the fabric curtains were very dusty, and the refrigerator in the room did not work. These are basic aspects that directly affect guest comfort and do not match the image the hotel presents online. I do want to acknowledge that the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and very good quality. I would also like to highlight the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout my stay. In particular, Jimmy, a young Cuban receptionist, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help. However, no matter how good the customer service is, the reality is that the property does not reflect what is advertised online. I hope the hotel invests in proper maintenance so that the guest experience matches the expectations they create.

Very stylish hotel. Staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Cannot comment on the parking situation as arrived by train and taxi. Position of hotel was excellent right by the cathedral and within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants and bars. The room had a huge very comfortable bed and a beautiful shower room. All in all it was a very enjoyable place to stay, we would certainly stay there again.

Newer hotel. We had a balcony and it was lovely. Close to everything, metro, beach, shopping, restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for two more pillows and they were in my room after breakfast. Very nice. Breakfast was good. Internet was spotty and horrible. You could do laundry which was a plus. Must improve that in the room. Only complaint was that.

Very central, close to everything. Nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable, even had straighteners in the bathroom. Free welcome drink.

Aside from parking which we failed to read about the stay was excellent. Once we figured out the parking situation, the walk from parking was easy and stay was very pleasant and close to everything.

Location was perfect to visit Murcia city, quiet side street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend.

Did not have breakfast at property, as there are a couple of nice coffee-pastry shops across the street. Very poor information regarding the street to hotel since it is open only to local traffic, one needs assistance from hotel to open it!!! The underground parking was outside the oldtown but very tight spots, make sure you do not rent a large car.

Perfect location everything in walking distance. Room was quiet and bed was good. Breakfast buffet was decent but not as good as our other hotels in Spain.
