Empfang und auch sonstige Betreuung des Personals war sehr zuvorkommend.
Dieses fertig geschnittene Obst in den Minischälchen fand ich nicht gut. Leider war das Rührei und der Speck total kalt. Das man Geschirr so laut abräumen kann ohne das etwas zerbricht ist ein Wunder.
Ein Lächeln wäre auch nett vom Frühstück Service Personal am Morgen gewesen. Schade, dass diese so lustlos arbeiten.

super friendly staff - everyone going the extra mile to make guests comfortable- great breakfast and well thought out public spaces made it a great value. Rooms are on the small side, but having the little terrace helped. Was perfect for our short stay - and again, it’s the friendly staff that made all the difference

The staff was professional, extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were just the perfect size for a stay in Murcia. The locations was in the middle of everything.
Lastly, the breakffast buffett was expansive and something for everyone and more.
