I was very happy with 2 people in particular who went above and beyond. First it was Margarita, the receptionist. She was very attentive and patient, especially when the hotel was super busy and full. Stef was part of the staff and she was just so kind and helpful with anything I needed or my kids.

Loud. Loud. Loud. Other guests had a party in the LOBBY of the hotel until 3:00am and the staff did nothing to make any other guests comfortable. It's not a hotel for tourists, it's a party hall for locals. We only stayed one night.

Old and not maintained space. Restaurant (if you can call it that) only had two or three options available form the whole menu. AC didnt work properly (and it was 36° c...) Breakfast offering was also not great and bellow average. Exterior pool was also not available but I do believe that was due to be slightly off season (even being almost June and 36°).

Very disappointing. We were moved rooms without telling us while we were out. Restaurant awful, no choice for evening meal, breakfast was extremely poor, no clean tables, no bread, orange juice, no cereal or milk or tea available. Under staffed and not interested in helping. Swimming pool was over run with 20 footballing teen age boys diving/ jumping into pool. They weren’t being controlled by hotel staff. So noisy we had to abandon our sun beds. Very badly run hotel, which is never 4 star ( maybe 2 star at best). Reception staff didn’t answer the phone and couldn’t help with our complaints.

Very dark and dingy hotel first impressions not good check in was extremely slow as only one person on duty -had booked a premium pool access room which if it was premium would hate to see the rest ,the bed groaned and creaked when you sat on it or tried to turn over while trying to sleep and again it was very dark although amenities were clean enough and air con efficient breakfast was poor not many choices and no tea only coffee supplied-we had booked for 2 nights on 2 separate bookings but were unaware that we were required to change rooms for the 2nd night as apparently it was more expensive for the second night as it was only a premium not pool access so while we were out sightseeing the staff packed up all our stuff into our luggage and in bags and moved all our belongings to a room on the 3rd floor but still premium apparently at least the bed didn’t groan or creak. To crown it all about 20 young footballers were also staying at the hotel and both nights made a nuisance of themselves jumping and diving into the pool despite being warned on numerous occasions not to -other guests were also not happy with their antics and left the pool area too. Some of their language was inappropriate also.Would not stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone

Upon arrival they claimed they didn't have my reservation took them awhile to find eventhough I had the confirmation number. Then I was given a room with one bed when I booked for 2 beds. They gave another family a room with 2 beds when they had booked for 1, yet they had told me they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds. The blankets were ripped and never replaced. They would take our towels but not replace them. They wouldn't turn on the AC because they weren't in AC season. They expected us to sleep with the door open instead. The spa wasn't open for use. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The location is not close to anything and it looks like an abandoned place. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. We would not stay at this location again.

The hotel is located in a business area and if you don't have a car you need to stay there. I had diner there, there is a diner menu for 15,5 with quite good quality food. The swimming pool is just opened from 5pm till 9pm and the best lounge chairs could be reserved to outisde visitors depending when you go. The maintenance of the hotel maybe after Covid-19 could be improved. The service at reception desk was ok.

We only stayed here because all hotels in Madrid were booked (soccer final) and we needed to be close to the airport to catch a flight the next day. The hotel is in the industrial area, but there are a couple of stores/cafés within walking distance (about 15 minutes), like El Corte Inglés and Hipercor. The room was okay, but two light bulbs were out, which made it very dark; the bathtub was rusty in a few places and you could see where they tried to patch it a bit; and there was hair in the sink from the previous guest. The hotel itself is nice, although it could use some updating. The drive to the airport was about 20 minutes (via the toll road), so that was convenient.
