Perfecto lugar para hospedarse en Madrid

Greeted nicely by front desk. We had a room for (2), but had (1) additional guest for one night. We were told the room didn't have room for a rollaway bed, that we'd have to pay for a separate room. We then discovered the room had a SOFABED. Either front desk wasn't aware, or they lied in order to book another room. At least the rooms were very clean, pleny of towels and toiletries! The terraces were a charming addition. We didn't know the sodas and water in the mini-fridge were complimentary! That would've been nice to know. Overall a lovely stay. Great location.

The property is dated and shows plenty of wear. Looks nice from a picture standpoint. I arrived Sunday around 5:30 pm after a long international flight just to rest and the restaurant was closed for the day. If I would have know this I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel lobby was full of life and so was the city.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We wanted a late checkout and they easily accommodated our request. It is very close to all the tourist attractions like the Royal Palace, San Ginés, Plaza Mayor etc.

This is a lovely boutique hotel very close to Plaza Mayor. It is a great area to walk around with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We found a rooftop bar and watched an amazing sunset, then had supper at a restaurant right by our hotel.

Very clean room with great air conditioning that the hotel DOES NOT shut off. Room is quiet despite having a busy street outside.

The hotel was not only stunning but perfectly located! The restaurant staff, Dani, Luis, Edison were simply amazing and made us feel at home. The food was excellent, the rooms were fully stocked with quality items. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for its beauty, service, location and fantastic restaurant.

Everything about the hotel is amazing, starting with the front desk agent Ivan, if I spelt his name correct. He was super courteous, professional and accommodating since before I arrive in the hotel with all the help he provided me over the phone when I was still in the US. On my arrival Ivan was at the desk and I was happy to have met him in person. He also provided me with an early check in which made a whole difference specially being on a 6 hour time zone difference. The hotel is beautiful, clean, super well situated with a great staff. Like nothing is ever 100% perfect my only two negative points are: the breakfast price is a little hefty and I was in room 401 which outside by the window there are these humongous lamps hanging from the ceiling that according to the strength of the wind they keep wobbling and hit the walls around them causing a very disturbing, annoying thump that can be heard in the room throughout the night even with the window closed and the blinds down. In all, it’s a wonderful hotel, I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.
