Greeted nicely by front desk. We had a room for (2), but had (1) additional guest for one night. We were told the room didn't have room for a rollaway bed, that we'd have to pay for a separate room. We then discovered the room had a SOFABED. Either front desk wasn't aware, or they lied in order to book another room.
At least the rooms were very clean, pleny of towels and toiletries! The terraces were a charming addition. We didn't know the sodas and water in the mini-fridge were complimentary! That would've been nice to know. Overall a lovely stay. Great location.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We wanted a late checkout and they easily accommodated our request.
It is very close to all the tourist attractions like the Royal Palace, San Ginés, Plaza Mayor etc.

The property is dated and shows plenty of wear. Looks nice from a picture standpoint. I arrived Sunday around 5:30 pm after a long international flight just to rest and the restaurant was closed for the day. If I would have know this I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel lobby was full of life and so was the city.
