Outstanding property in a nice location. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was great. The only small critique is the lights in the room/ bedroom were all controlled by one switch which meant all on, and too bright, or all off and too dim. Could be an easy improvement.

The location is very close to restaurants, shopping malls and metro. Staff are nice, and the room is clean and bright.

Very central location but a bit noisy. Family of 3 (2 adults and 6 yo child) were able to fit comfortably in room and king bed.

Un hotel con mucha historia, muy bien ubicado y con un excelente servicio. La habitación cuenta con buen tamaño y, a pesar de estar en una calle con mucha vida, las ventanas de doble vidrio cancelan el ruido externo. De igual forma, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es silencioso (ideal para el verano de Madrid). Respecto al restaurante, Café Varela, cuenta con un excelente desayuno y con un gran menú para comidas y cenas; es una gran opción para quien gusta del buen comer y para quien quiere conocer más sobre la historia de España. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
