Nobu Hotel Barcelona

The air conditioning in our room did not work, even after calling maintenance. This resulted in our stay being quite uncomfortable in the room a lot of the time.

Everything was great. Staff were amazing and helpful. Rooms was excellent but quite a lot of water from the shower would escape as has no door. Location was good and only 25 mins into the city.

Avoid changing extra for amenities such as swimming

The hotel went above and beyond to make sure everhbtibg was perfect. Always a pleasure to stay at Nobu

Room was great, but the sink was leaking and the check-in procedure felt like a low grade business hotel. Bar was excellent.

I always choose Nobu for its consistent luxury, but this stay in Barcelona missed the mark. The room was not cleaned to the expected standard, and the AC was far too noisy for a peaceful stay. Most surprisingly, the food at the restaurant was only average—certainly not the high-caliber culinary experience Nobu is famous for. I hope the management addresses these service and maintenance gaps soon, as the property itself is beautiful and the brand deserves better.

Restaurant was full. Couldn’t have dinner Music blasting until 230am. Couldn’t sleep HORRIBLE!

So, it really wasn't a great experience. I was going to mention all of our issues upon checking out, but wasn't even asked how our stay was. 1. We were told that we paid for a view room ....and put on the 3rd floor overlooking a city street and a busy/noisy construction area. 2. We were told at check in that if we wished to dine in the restaurant we would have to make a reservation. However, we could always dine in the hotel bar with no reservation. We chose the latter. However, when we went down for dinner we were told that the bar area was blocked off for a private event (we were not told this when checking in). it was 8pm and we didn't want to go out as we had a busy travel day the next day. Unfortunately we couldn't eat in the restaurant, as we didn't make a reservation. So we ordered room service. While this was not what we wanted we have to say the food was excellent. 3. from 5-7pm we heard constant music and pounding. We were told by the hotel that there was a fitness class below us, on the 2nd floor. It was so loud in our room that we could hear everything. 4. Due to the loud music we decided to put the TV on to block it out. Unfortunately the TV was not working as it "lost connection to the server". On the home screen it said. "Welcome Mr. Han Li (not us, another guest who probably didn't want someone else to see his name, privacy laws, etc.). It took 1 hour to resolve the issue with IT having to come to our room. 5. Shower flooded, almost immediately when turned on.
