浴室去水很慢，應該是有淤塞，其他的都不錯

I was surprised by the service. Tara at check in was less than warm and welcoming. I felt like I was checking in to some mid tier hotel and not a property which pride of service is a core value. Not bad, just not gracious or inviting. As they say you only get once chance at a first impression and mine was meh.

Great hotel, nice staff but the pool is tiny and very few sun loungers. Management also reserved 2 for the whole day but no one showed up which was a shame for those who had no where to sit or lay down.

The view was great. The shower unfortunately poured out into the room, not a great design, the bathroom was perpetually soggy. Wasn’t a pristine bathroom as I have come to expect from the brand. Great lighting controls and AC.

Beautiful place and located just steps from The Barcelona Sants train station. The Restaurant (Nobu) is located on the 23rd floor with an amazing view of the city , amazing food as always . The same standard that Nobu is known for in New York, Malibu, Mexico city and Miami Beach

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The customer service was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The most disturbing part of our stay was seeing a cockroach in the dining area while we were having breakfast. That was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness. The room was also disappointing. There was no body lotion provided, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning in the elevators. It made me wonder what would happen if the elevator got stuck with guests inside. Overall, this hotel fell far below even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely won't be returning.

Bra läge nära Tågstationen. Väldigt hjälpsam personal. Middag o frukost väldigt bra i restaurangen men en fantastisk utsikt!

The hotel is modern and stylish. Its location is ideal if you plan to explore other parts of Spain by train.

Great hotel!

Our aircon didn’t work. The hotel should have moved our room in the first instance but instead sent three people in to ‘fix’ it. They didn’t fix it. And we had three people in our room instead. One while my husband was sleeping. In the end - as i was tired of complaining- I had extra sheets sent up and I slept on the sofa in the next room. At check out, I had to ask for compensation and was offered a token reduction on the cost of some food we had. Honestly, I am so disappointed with everything about this stay. And the staff at Nobu couldn’t have made me feel less important if they had tried. They never followed up to see if the issue was solved and they should have moved our room in the first instance instead of trying to fix it. I took photos of all the readings of the room. The average being 26 degrees during a heatwave. I am so disappointed and completely unsatisfied with how the situation was handled and that I had to ask for compensation (this should have been offered) and that all we were offered was a part of our bill for food reduced, The whole situation ruined our stay in Barcelona.

Very conveniently located right next to a major train station for public transportation. The staff was extremely helpful when our AC unit was not working one day and helping us make a reservation at a Costa Brava beach club. Clean, well appointed and very comfortable bed.

Wir waren hier jetzt zum dritten Mal. Die Lokation in der Nähe vom Bahnhof ist ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Klimaanlage

There’s a Supermarket very close to the hotel which was convenient. The view from the dinning area was fabulous and the service was great. Great location close to transit.

Not worth it

Not quite what you would expect at a Nobu property. I may be wrong to compare it to Dubai but brand standards are minimal expectation. There was a bottle cap (shampoo or sunscreen or something cap) under the sink for the whole 4 nights we were there. Check in staff were cold. Downstairs bar/resto staff were not interested in the customers. The bell men/porters were the most attentive and friendly in the experience. Their restaurant had 1 Asian lady that was super friendly and attentive. The rest had a “eat and get out” attitude. Pretty sad it being an exciting time in Barcelona with the UB40 concert end and F1!
