浴室去水很慢，應該是有淤塞，其他的都不錯

Hotel location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ right out the front entrance lots of homeless people. 4 securities by the entrance. lobby was basic compared to other Nobu hotels. Pool? More like a jacuzzi. Rooftop was view was the only thing that’s beautiful. Front desk staff no name tag who checked us in was condescending. “You just booked a standard room want an upgrade? “ when asked about transportation to airport “we have a private van you can book but it’s expensive or walk 10mins for a public shuttle. “ we ended up using Uber Bellman - Nelson ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was the opposite of that lack of customer experience clerk. Nelson was super nice and very welcoming. Helped us with our luggage’s and told us about the property. Even got us a reservation at Nobu restaurant. Matteo- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️waiter at Nobu restaurant was excellent Nuria- breakfast staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ friendly and helpful Bellman- Santiago was very helpful during checkout

For a 5 star hotel : you should refill all the toiletries amenities, the water per day. Do not cut corners

Great hotel

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained, room was large and spacious, very well done. Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was great! Really enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool is rather small though, but views from the rooftop and restaurant were amazing!

Hotel di buon livello dotato di camere confortevoli con belle viste sui dintorni. Buona anche la colazione al ristorante dell'ultimo piano. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' discutibile. Deludente la risposta del personale alla richiesta di un late check-out dopo un soggiorno di 5 notti e con un hotel decisamente non al completo: gratuitamente mi hanno offerto solo una mezzora di late check-out, mentre per poter prolungarlo di 5 ore ho dovuto pagare metà prezzo del costo giornaliero della camera.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, the hallways are all painted black, including the ceiling and the doors and the lock where you put your key. And there's low lighting. So it was a little difficult for us being senior citizens to find where to touch our key card all the time. Minor inconvenience. Beautiful view from our room. Restaurant on the first floor a little pricey, but the food was good. Went up on the roof for a view of the city, but it was very difficult to find a place to sit anytime because the hotel is open to the public and anyone can go upstairs to the top floor. Major restaurant with beautiful views and lots of tables but outside of our budget. Most entrée started around $60. But the restaurant was full all the time.

Fantastic stay at Nobu Barcelona. Couldn’t fault anything. Service was impeccable and food consistently delicious. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Great location also to get around town. Would recommend 100%

Hotellet är väldigt fint, ligger en liten bit bort från sevärdheter och strand. Mycket trevlig personal, fint poolområde och bar. Vore ett plus om hotellet hade erbjudit tandborstar och hudlotion. Ett plus var dock att de hade flaskvatten på rummen.

Beautiful building and decor. Pool is tiny though, and there are often no tables or seats available in the rooftop bar area, and they don’t let you order drinks without a table. Food portions are ridiculously small. Otherwise, lovely.

Best views in town

Due to a private event we were not able to use the pool. They did allow us to look at it ( there was no private event going on at the time). Very, very small— really the size of a large hot tub. There were many small lights in the common area ( such as the outside stairs leading up to the entrance, as well in the lobby) that were not working. For a five star hotel, attention to detail is important. We were unable to control the temperature of the water at the two sinks in the bathroom ( so as you are brushing your teeth the water got hotter and hotter). We had to go looking for our luggage ( they had several hours they could have placed it in our room while we were out sightseeing). My cousin was also staying there and they waited a long time before they received their luggage. I went down to the bar to get some ice to take back to the room. They gave me two small paper cups of ice—— paper cups at a five star hotel ( really?). It was quite far from the city center but the metro was close by ( the metro is easy to navigate).

Lovely hotel in a good location, opposite the Sants station for easy access to all attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with amazingly soft sheets on the beds! Most of the city is also walkable, within 30-45mins. Rooftop bar is an attraction for many with its stunning views, but not only hotel guests. It is quite small, but access is controlled. Would love to stay there again and can highly recommend.
