Ona Benidorm Poniente

We loved the view. It overlooked the 9-hole golf course with hundreds of trees and the sounds of the birds and night animal noises were lovely. The nearby skyline of Benidorm Poniente Beach and the far-off Skyline of Levante Beach were very dramatic. There is striking architecture which is even better viewed at night. The apartment was spacious tidy and functional and the TV also had BBC and ITV channels. The aircon was very efficient, necessary, after the long walk up the hill in 30-degree heat. There is a good deal of building work going on directly behind the apartment block which is noisy and dusty. It is a similar block to the 6 blocks surrounding the area and we don't think it will be completed before the end of September 2024. The nearest mini supermarket is at the bottom of the hill and considering it is a self-catering holiday, the transporting of groceries is a consideration either by taxi or carrying them back up the hill, a 15-minute walk to the apartments.

Booked 2 single beds however was told we was in a double bed room that was final no choice and still not received our deposit back despite being told a few days would avoid this place

The appartment was lovely and plenty of room it was well set out for disabled people. Nice area and quiet. Although if your not walker then it is a bit out of the way to ammenties there is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants 15 mins walk and a 30 min walk to the beach depending on ability to walk. So if you want to stay close to all then book more for benidorm. Or hire a car. To travel would stay there again but will be more prepared next till and get some scooters. Only stayed a few day self catering. Deffo got a work out and step count in lol 😂

Nice & clean hotel. On budget and 20 mins from the beach.

It was a very nice apartment, close to Benidorm center, friendly employees, helpful and everything a visitor needs was done the way it should.

This place is very basic ...no atmosphere and over priced ..its much further away from the beach than stated.no shops or anything around ecerywgere is a taxi ride if u dont have a car ..full of oap s ..

We stayed 2 nights and was made very comfortable.

Staff were lovely, very helpfull. Lovely setting looking over the golf course. If your looking for a quiet holiday then this is ideal.

Nearest shop one mile round trip. No shop on premises. Nearest restuarant one mile. Sheets changed twice in 15 days. Had to ask for toilet rolls. Apartments not cleaned in 15 days. Had to dispose of own rubbish. Pool very small and at times dirty. Music at pool too loud. Staff were helpful. Bar and food reasonable but closed at 9pm

Super stay again, been before and love location, much quite area of Benidorm. Very friendly helpful staff as well

The property is over priced they charge for iron etc. Check out way to early and you have to clean the kitchen before you leave. Again this place is way over priced. Would I stay again, no.

It was a lot further from the centre than I thought , and not a great deal to do

The apartments were clean, spacious and well equipped, great location just a walk up the hill from Poniente beach. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, particularly Jesus on reception. There have been some bad reviews posted but having sent an email before I arrived, I received assurances that all would be well, and they were. We were a group of girls celebrating a birthday and were very, very happy with our accommodation and felt safe. Great to be able to go into the new and old towns of Benidorm and mix it up a bit. Would certainly go back and definitely recommend - thanks Team Pierre et Vacances Poniente

Stay was very relaxing and staffs are excellent.

Nice little pool not to busy , no bar full of drunk people , their is plenty of bars down town to go too...

Please be aware ! Although this is classed as a hotel , they are actually apartments. In a residential part of poniente. You will need to be able to walk for at least 30 minutes, which will get you to old town. There are no restaurants, bars, supermarkets, anywhere near. After saying all that ! We had a wonderful month here. Apartments are wonderful , spacious, fantastic. Staff are very helpful. All speak English. Beautiful views, overlooking a 9 hole golf course. Very quiet. Very relaxing.

Apartments were basic and clean staff friendly.. Pool inside was cold. The biggest thing was no shops around apartment or restaurants. Very remote. If the hotel was to have a shop on site.or a coffee bar.or some some of entertainment. A lounge with TV for people to sit in at night. A bar with music. The hotel lacks all these things and I would no recommend it to anyone as a holiday unless you wanted total peace and quiet. I found it was so dead there I had wished we had booked in the heart of benidorm. Not knowing anything about benidorm we chose the wrong hotel. Next time we will chose better. This review is not put down the hotel as it is a nice basic hotel but the lack of facilities shops entertainment people expect on a holiday let's it down. I found having bad legs at 67 just walking to the bus stops or beach made my legs swell all week and made my Xmas holiday uncomfortable and made me very tired walking constantly. I don't recommend it for family's as no facilities for children. Make sure you hire a car if staying here.
