We loved the view. It overlooked the 9-hole golf course with hundreds of trees and the sounds of the birds and night animal noises were lovely. The nearby skyline of Benidorm Poniente Beach and the far-off Skyline of Levante Beach were very dramatic. There is striking architecture which is even better viewed at night. The apartment was spacious tidy and functional and the TV also had BBC and ITV channels. The aircon was very efficient, necessary, after the long walk up the hill in 30-degree heat. There is a good deal of building work going on directly behind the apartment block which is noisy and dusty. It is a similar block to the 6 blocks surrounding the area and we don't think it will be completed before the end of September 2024. The nearest mini supermarket is at the bottom of the hill and considering it is a self-catering holiday, the transporting of groceries is a consideration either by taxi or carrying them back up the hill, a 15-minute walk to the apartments.

The appartment was lovely and plenty of room it was well set out for disabled people. Nice area and quiet. Although if your not walker then it is a bit out of the way to ammenties there is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants 15 mins walk and a 30 min walk to the beach depending on ability to walk. So if you want to stay close to all then book more for benidorm. Or hire a car. To travel would stay there again but will be more prepared next till and get some scooters. Only stayed a few day self catering. Deffo got a work out and step count in lol 😂

Appartement propre en apparence mais quand vous regardez de plus près ce n'est pas le cas, nous avons re laver la vaiselle car poussière dans les tiroirs. Poussière dans les lampes, haut du meuble TV dans les armoires. Nous avons même trouver un poil sur le meuble en haut de la TV. Appartement et couloirs abîmés beaucoup de travaux à refaire. Piscine intérieure fermé et ça n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Bar de piscine inexistant. Beau extérieur, piscine extérieur propre et assez grande. Pensez à mettre un peu plus de transat. Une vue sur le golf très joli. Et la plage de ponient est à 15 min à pied très facil d'accès. Personnel de la réception très gentil et accueillant. Pas la peine de payer le parking il ya beaucoup de place dans la rue.
