We only stayed for one night but wish it had been longer as the hotel was so nice. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the Informal restaurant on the roof was fabulous.

A first class experience from the moment we arrived.
Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room.
The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us.
The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out.
A great place to stay and we would definitely recommend Hotel Serras.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff who go the extra mile to make sure your experience is the best it could be. The room was tastefully done with top notch linens. Every night we found a delicious treat in our room. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety and Sandra remembered my tea order from the day before. Loved the rooftop bar too. Highly recommend!!!

The room was very comfortable and we slept great! The problem was that it was very small and difficult to “live out of our suitcases“. Not enough closet space to really unpack and didn’t want to for two nights and one and 1/2 days.

Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

The entire staff at Serras Barcelona made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Alex and Pablo at the Front desk, and Ikenna at the restaurant, and to the lady who checked us in on September 3rd (I didn’t catch her name) — your kindness and professionalism stood out.
