Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

A special shout-out to Alex and Pablo at the Front desk, and Ikenna at the restaurant, and to the lady who checked us in on September 3rd (I didn’t catch her name) — your kindness and professionalism stood out.
