Suites Murillo Alcazar

Fabulous central location. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean (had daily maid service), 6 small balconies with views all around the square and a lovely roof top terrace with direct access from the lift in our room. Everything you could need was provided including robes and slippers and a daily stocked minibar fridge. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Check in was very easy although in the sister hotel 5 min walk away. There was the option of having a lift from the porters if needed. We had a wonderful stay thank you. The only small issue was there was quite a strong smell of drains in the entrance hall, thus often spread to our apartment as it was in the first floor.

Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond.

Wonderful location, spacious accommodations, friendly staff

Great property in the heart of the historic centre. A beautiful apartment with access to a roof terrace which has stunning views of the cathedral. Would stay here again. The only issue we had is the key cards didn't work well. This happened on a couple of occasions. It was rectified swiftly by the hotel affiliated to the suites which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

A lovely apartment in a very central location. There are three apartments in the building, and room can be entered via a direct lift entrance, or via the stairs. There is access to the roof terrace, shared by the three apartments, which we used for breakfast (with great views over the nearby Alcazar and cathedral). Staff are fantastic and helpful, and are based in nearby hotels (though only a phone call away). Only slight downside was some early morning road noise as Seville came to life with delivery lorries etc. Overall , fantastic and would love to return

Amazing location, huge room, nicely decorated plenty of amenities including large terrace, kitchen, refrigerator, fresh fruit, drinks and toiletries. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment, which is in a beautiful old building and close to both the Cathedral and the Alcazar. There is a controlled entry through elaborately carved wooden doors and a lift which not only takes you to your floor (there are only 3 apartments - one on each floor - plus a roof terrace) but opens directly in to your apartment. The only reason we have not given this review 5 out of 5 is that previously we were met at the apartment door and shown round. This time, we had to go to another apartment close to the Murillo Hotel which is a 10 minute walk away, through cobbled lanes (not easy when you are dragging a wheeled case), to pick up the key. Also, in previous years, breakfast was included - either taken in the hotel - or, better still, delivered to the apartment where you had the choice of eating in the studio or taking it up to the roof terrace. We missed this service very much as the breakfasts were excellent. Finally, we could not find the safe and had to ask someone from the hotel to come over and show us where it was and how to operate it. The safe is well hidden and a set of instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. That said, we love this apartment and would choose to stay there in a future visit to Seville.

The property is in a fantastic location - within meters of the castle entrance and with wonderful views of the Saville Cathedral. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and spacious. Large windows have amazing views. The roof terrace was a great treat! Would love to stay here again! Staff was lovely.

One of the best apartments and locations we've ever stayed in during our many travels around the world. Simply superb and outstanding value for money. Just steps away from Seville Cathedral, there is no better location in this magnificent city.

The location couldn't have been better. Less than 100 yards to the Alcazar and another 50 yards to the Cathedral. Clean and comfortable accommodations. We had a suite, almost like a small apartment. I wasn't expecting to have the bed made and fresh linens during our 2 night stay, but were pleasantly surprised. Also, very good communication and responsive. We had an issue with our key car that was immediately dealt with. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic apartment: stylish and well-equipped in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the alcazar and cathedral. Also, the reception service (you pick up keys at the nearby Hotel Murillo) was excellent, as was the daily cleaning. Very fairly priced for such a superior place.

Perfect location. Spacious and well appointed apartment. Lift direct to apartment and to magnificent roof terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. You can even have breakfast delivered to your apartment.

The location could not be better, looking onto both the Alcazar and the Cathedral. 6 windows provide excellent light into the very spacious property. In addition to stairs there is a lift directly into each apartment and to the magnificent roof terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can even have a very good continental breakfast brought to your apartment. We will never stay anywhere else in Seville.

So well placed for the Palace and Cathedral yet quiet in the evening as away from the bars. Breakfast can be taken in the Suites or 5 minutes away in Hotel Murillo, both excellent.

The room, amazing. Location, amazing. The amenities, amazing. A couple problems though. The map to breakfast was difficult to follow. The first morning could not find the breakfast so paid to eat elsewhere. I had a morning (07:00) tour the next day so called ext 9 to request a take away breakfast. I was promptly told no. Earliest breakfast was at 07:30, so had to pay for breakfast again. Days 3 and 4 found and ate breakfast provided. The worst part of the stay was the overwhelming smell of sewer in the building and room. I had to sleep with the door to outside open for fresh air which made the evenings very noisy. I honestly was concerned about dieing in my sleep. A call was made to ext 9, but the smell lasted all 4 days.

Great stay - close to all the sights and a great balance of having the extra space but with the main hotel staff available. The rooftop was an awesome place for a glass of wine !!
