스위트 무리요 알카사르

직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 조식 배달도 가능한데 편하게 먹기 너무 좋네요 가서 조식 먹을 경우에는 숙소에서 조금 떨어진 호텔로 가야 해서 불편한데 배달이 가능해서 좋았어요 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해 주시고 필요한 모든 물품이 다 구비되어 있어서 묵는동안 불편함 하나도 없이 잘 지냈네요 위치도 너무 좋아서 돌아다니다 피곤하면 중간에 숙소 들어와서 쉬다 나가기도 좋았어요

정규 체크인 시간임에도 직원은 나타나지 않았고, 길에서 1시간 정도 더운날씨에 체크인을 기다림, 체크아웃 날 짐을 방에 놔두면 호텔로 옮겨서 보관한다 했으나, 다른 고객 체크인 시간이 지났음에도 우리 짐은 아직도 그 방에서 호텔로 옮겨지지 않음. 기본적인 고객과의 약속된 시간에 대한 준수 태도가 결여되어 있음. 서양 기준으로도 상대방의 시간에 피해를 주는 굉장히 매너 없는 행동임. 1. 체크인시 미리 전화를 해서 시간약속을 하였으나, 직원이 나타나지 않음 2. 기다린 끝에 인터폰과 전화로 문의하였으나, 호텔 무리뉴로 걸어와서 체크인 하라고 연락이 옴 3. 더운 날씨속에 한참 기다린 이후 결국 호텔 무리뉴까지 찾아갔으나, 리셉션에서는 해당 내용을 다시 설명함. 4. 리셉션 직원과 동행하여 다시 숙소로 돌아와 문을 열려고 하니, 어디선가 놀다온것으로 추정되는 스위트 무리뉴 직원이 나타남. 5. 체크인까지 1시간 가냥 길바닥에서 시간을 보냄

관광지와 매우 가깝고 창밖으로 보이는 경치가 좋습니다. 조리도구와 주방도 깔끔하게 갖춰져 있고 공간을 편하게 묵을 수 있도록 잘 구성해 놓았습니다. 화장실에서 냄새가 약간 나지만 환기를 잘 시키면 상관없고 전체적으로 잘 관리된 분위기 있는 아파트입니다. 다시 세비야에 온다면 무조건 다시 묵고 싶은 정도입니다

Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond.

Nice stay in Sevilla

Great property in the heart of the historic centre. A beautiful apartment with access to a roof terrace which has stunning views of the cathedral. Would stay here again. The only issue we had is the key cards didn't work well. This happened on a couple of occasions. It was rectified swiftly by the hotel affiliated to the suites which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Locatie is absolute top en het apartement is heel compleet ingericht. Ziet er prima uit. Schoonmaakdienst is ook uitstekend. Echte aanrader.

Impeccable

A lovely apartment in a very central location. There are three apartments in the building, and room can be entered via a direct lift entrance, or via the stairs. There is access to the roof terrace, shared by the three apartments, which we used for breakfast (with great views over the nearby Alcazar and cathedral). Staff are fantastic and helpful, and are based in nearby hotels (though only a phone call away). Only slight downside was some early morning road noise as Seville came to life with delivery lorries etc. Overall , fantastic and would love to return

Amazing location, huge room, nicely decorated plenty of amenities including large terrace, kitchen, refrigerator, fresh fruit, drinks and toiletries. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Bien , un detalle que creo debe cuidarse es poder dejar las maletas allí en el alcazar y tal vez conociendo hora entrada que alguien se acerque al cheking al apartamento , que también podría hacer revisión y explicación de entrada , no está lejos pero arrastrar maletas por sevilla se puede evitar al precio que tiene el apartamento…. Otro detalle por favor en la dicha coloquen una mampara evitaría todo el baño se manche y salpique con el agua

Tolle Lage, direkt bei den Hauptattraktionen. Freundliches Personal. Die Minibar (2 Wasser und 3 Softdrinks) wurden täglich kostenlos aufgefüllt (leider nur nicht am letzten Tag).

This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment, which is in a beautiful old building and close to both the Cathedral and the Alcazar. There is a controlled entry through elaborately carved wooden doors and a lift which not only takes you to your floor (there are only 3 apartments - one on each floor - plus a roof terrace) but opens directly in to your apartment. The only reason we have not given this review 5 out of 5 is that previously we were met at the apartment door and shown round. This time, we had to go to another apartment close to the Murillo Hotel which is a 10 minute walk away, through cobbled lanes (not easy when you are dragging a wheeled case), to pick up the key. Also, in previous years, breakfast was included - either taken in the hotel - or, better still, delivered to the apartment where you had the choice of eating in the studio or taking it up to the roof terrace. We missed this service very much as the breakfasts were excellent. Finally, we could not find the safe and had to ask someone from the hotel to come over and show us where it was and how to operate it. The safe is well hidden and a set of instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. That said, we love this apartment and would choose to stay there in a future visit to Seville.

The property is in a fantastic location - within meters of the castle entrance and with wonderful views of the Saville Cathedral. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and spacious. Large windows have amazing views. The roof terrace was a great treat! Would love to stay here again! Staff was lovely.
