Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel.
The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit.

The staff weren’t polite- when I asked reception to show me the gym she told me to change first I said I’d like to go now to see it and she said you can’t workout in that and was rude to me- I only workout depending. On what’s in the gym its pointless changing and then I can’t even do my workout it’s reasonable to be asked to be shown the gym and not told like a child to get dressed first. I had paid for breakfast at the hotel, I needed to leave early the next morning and I got told they only serve breakfast at 8 which was too late and the breakfast packed for me was a dry bread with cheese and some juice and fruit that’s not worth the price. There’s no usb ports and the tv doesn’t allow for streaming

The worst service ever, nice hotel and location but very rude! We had (my family) more than 20 rooms for a niece’s wedding for the weekend and they couldn’t accommodate one room for my elderly mother for one hour late checkout, unbelievable!!

This was one of the most breathtaking hotels we have experienced. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and was there to assist us with our every need. The rooms were astonishing and absolutely exceeded any expectations we had. Our one regret was that we didn’t stay longer!!

We loved the hotel. One of the nicest we have ever been to. The decor was unique. Wonderful staff. The location was convenient and close to plaza Mayor and the cathedral. The only problem was finding it. It isn't easy to drive in this city. So beware if you're renting a car. Otherwise take a train and use taxis.
