Large room, great facility with a carpark which is directly accessible from the hotel. Just a pity that there’s hair on the bath or else it would be perfect.

very nice hotel, really a hidden gem. will suggest it to all my friends if they go Segovia. but hotel staff didn't tell me that we needed to pay for the carpark and didn't tell us how much. they should remind us when we check in. anyway, we enjoyed the stay.

令人难忘的酒店，酒店环境设施一流，所在区域步行到各处均很方便，如有机会，下次还住这里。

离大水渠和阿尔卡茨城堡都不远。酒店非常大，带停车场，要当心迷路。房间非常有风格，我们这间带很大的步入式衣柜。早餐有好几个餐厅。可以免费单点煮蛋和煎蛋。

非常棒的酒店，窗景特别美。

非常值得一遊的飯店，傳統與現代的結合，讓我們感覺非常好，我們還會再回去！

外表传统，里面现代化的五星酒店，就在老城里，开车还好，停车方便，房间舒适，推窗就能看到雪山，走5分钟到达大教堂，早餐优秀，就是门口有三把叉子的餐厅不开门。

飯店漂亮 很大 有特色 但是很多設備已經壞調了

The staff weren’t polite- when I asked reception to show me the gym she told me to change first I said I’d like to go now to see it and she said you can’t workout in that and was rude to me- I only workout depending. On what’s in the gym its pointless changing and then I can’t even do my workout it’s reasonable to be asked to be shown the gym and not told like a child to get dressed first. I had paid for breakfast at the hotel, I needed to leave early the next morning and I got told they only serve breakfast at 8 which was too late and the breakfast packed for me was a dry bread with cheese and some juice and fruit that’s not worth the price. There’s no usb ports and the tv doesn’t allow for streaming

O hotel é incrível! Lugar histórico Bem reformado, quarto grande e tem banheira. Muito próximo à Praça Maior da cidade! Funcionários bem atenciosos. O acesso ao estacionamento é bem trabalhoso, mas possível depois que você aprende o caminho! Deixam a disposição água saborizada na entrada a disposição dos hóspedes qua salva quando chega da rua no calor! Acabamos não tomando café pois achando a taxa alta perto das opções que havia na cidade!

Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit. Thank you for taking care of us. To all the staff, thank you. PS- the porter staff is helpful too.
