Had an excellent stay, everyone was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were perfect and exactly what you could ask for. Hotel breakfast was also delicious, plenty of choice. Can’t beat the location too. Right in Gamla staden.

Air conditioning! It was extremely hot when we went and we definitely needed that at the end of a long day. Walkable to a lot of things. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was awesome!

Convenient location to the train station and the old town. Nice breakfast and the staff is very helpful. The bathroom had mold growing on the tile grout and the bathroom was in general old. The decor in the rooms needs updating. Overall it was fine for a quick stop in Malmo other than the really poorly maintained bathroom.

I had a very comfortable stay in their sister hotel in Hellsingburg few days ago so I was not disappointed at all in this hotel in Malmo.
The gentleman at check in was humble and polite . And I had a free upgrade .
The room is huge !
Bed very comfortable as expected .
Breakfast spread was excellent .
And thanks to Elite. I got to know about “overnight oats” …. hmmmmm interesting for an Asian like me . googled the receipt and will prepare when home

Compared to the “5-star” resort I’d been staying at the past five nights in Crete, this 3-star was truly luxurious! The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was even a pillow “menu” (no extra charge). There was a fully stocked bar with plenty of bottled water. There was even a magnifying makeup mirror and an ironing board. My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer the newer USB charging ports as well as larger (and more - 2 per person) towels. Additionally, it was pretty noisy due to the nightlife scene going on the streets below our room. Consider offering free white noise machines (or a white noise app on the TV, with a menu of different sleep sounds).
