Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated.
The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late.
Convenient electric car charging straight across the road.
The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time.
Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.

Lite rom og svært trangt bad. Ingen ventilasjon på rommet uten å åpne vinduet. Da var støyen utenfor et problem.

Det mesta var bra. Stort och fint rum med bra sängar. Trevligt bemötande av personalen och skön spa avdelning, ducharna i omklädningsrummet var inte lika fina. Härlig massagebehandling också. Nackdelen med vår vistelse på hotellet var frukosten. Maten var bra men det fanns inte tillräckligt med plats att sitta och äta den. Att sitta i låga soffor och fåtöljer med ett litet bord är inte optimalt sätt framförallt om man är äldre med problem med rygg o ben.

Hotellrummet var väldigt varmt och kvavt. Det fanns en fläkt men det hjälpte inte mycket. Fönstret gick att öppna men inte låsa fast, så det stängdes direkt. Rummet var lyhört och vi hörde barnen i både rummet ovan och bredvid oss under natten och tidig morgon, samt städaren ute i korridoren tidigt på morgonen.
Badrummet var väldigt litet, handfatet var snudd på ovan toalettstolen.
Spaanläggningen var inte heller något att höja till skyarna. Poolen var vi aldrig i då ett gäng barn lekte där under hela vistelsen medan föräldrarna badade i ett av de två ljumna bubbelbadet. Det fanns en ångbastu som var helt okej. Ingen gemensam torrbastu fanns, men det fanns en i herrarnas och damernas omklädningsrum (trist dock när man är där som par).
Frukosten var en basic hotellfrukost, inget som stack ut. Koncentratjuice, pulveräggröra, dåligt utbud på färskt bröd.

2 overnattinger på de varmeste dagene denne sommeren, gjorde oppholdet krevende da det ikke er AC på rommet. En bordvifte klarte ikke jobben. Det var kjøligere ute på natten, men vinduene lot seg ikke åpne fullt ut.
Ellers har jeg ikke noe å utsette på oppholdet ved hotellet, som har en sentral beliggenhet. Vær tidlig ute ved innsjekk om du vil ha parkering rett ved hotellet.

Eftersom det heter Mora Hotell & Spa
så tänker jag att handduk till spat
absolut ska ingå i priset.
Receptionisterna kan bli lite gladare
och mer intresserade/engagerade.
