Mora Hotell & Spa

Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated. The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late. Convenient electric car charging straight across the road. The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time. Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.

Clean, comfortable room. Great spa.

A lovely hotel that is very convenient for the Anders Zorn museum

Bra, trevlig personal för det mesta och god mat. Spa:et var en liten besvikelse, litet och med massa folk. Ångbastun var trasig/avstängd.

Second stay. Excellent staff and service.

Very basic room. Uncomfortable bed, very stuffy. Bathroom so small. No wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

More expensive than Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. No slippers, no bathrobe and no extra towel - this had to be rented at the reception. No room phone to reception. No safe. No minibar. Old interior. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Tiny spa with no locker room cabinets - nowhere to store your items. You could pay 10kr for a tiny locker but the keys had no rubber waist band on them. Maybe those also cost 10kr? Maybe you were supposed to hold key in hand when swimming? Steam sauna was broken on second evening . Garage cost 110kr extra per night, was dirty and looked like it didn't belong to hotel; there was winter tyres and tools on one parking spot. On our third night someone "unauthorized" stole our garage parking spot and we had to park outside in -10C with our electric car. Fun. I asked reception to tow away the unauthorized car but they said they couldn't do anything: there was 5 spots in the garage but only 4 registered guests. Room was not cleaned after the second night, despite us placing a "room ready to be cleaned" -tag on the door when we left. Breakfast was good and we didn't get back pain from the beds - and this was like the only good thing about our stay. We are never coming back again and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Outstanding service and great food. Big room. Unfortunately no thermostat to control the temperature. The room was a bit cold and the radiators were on the highest setting but barely warm.

Trevligt med kändes lite snålt med att det inte fanns handdukar nere i spa avdelningen. Att man fick bära med sina egna handdukar ner. De var ju blöta sen när man skulle torka sig efter duschen på rummet.

Jättebra vistelse, rum, middag, spa. Perfekt weekend

Enkelt och trevlig hotell. Fräscht och en fin bonus med spa (en pool, två bubbelpooler samt bastu).

Rummet var rent. Men det drog från fönstret och det var kallt på golvet. Väldigt lyhört genom dörren och genom väggen till rummet bredvid. Jag hörde när grannen pratade i mobilen. Saknade vattenkokare/kaffe/te på rummet.

Rummet OK. Personalen väldigt varierande. Allt från trevlig till några som var oengagerade

Frukosten var toppen

Ja allt vad posetivt och trevligt.

Rent och fint. Trevliga rum i en vardaglig möblering. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket folk under vistelsen vid frukosten och flera som försökte fylla på med mat men tyvärr var flera saker slut gång på gång.

Frukostmenyn var begränsad och vissa matvaror som tex leverpastej hade torkat dvs inte fräscht.
