We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The location is perfect—close enough to the train station and the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh and high-quality food. It was the perfect way to start each day. The complimentary pickup and drop-off service from the train station was exceptional. It made arriving and departing with luggage so easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and punctual. Overall, the outstanding service, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and thoughtful shuttle service made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Beausite is the most beautiful, wonderful hotel we have ever stayed it. It was not only elegant and luxurious, but immaculately clean and impressively managed. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful with an incredible Matterhorn view. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. The Grill restaurant was so devine we enjoyed dinner there 4 times. The indoor and outdoor pools were unbelievable, what a view! We had the most incredible stay in Beausite! Highly recommended.

One thing that was really nice about the rooms is that the water closet and shower/bathroom were separate rooms, each with a sink.

This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!

One of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The view from our room was both spacious and breathtaking, the staff fantastic!! From the shuttle service to the concierge; everybody was so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional and restaurant decor perfection! The outdoor infinity tub, pool and sauna with a view were thoughtfully placed. The BEAUSiTE blew our expectations out of the water. We can't wait to return someday!!
