Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly.
The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well.
Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station.

One thing that was really nice about the rooms is that the water closet and shower/bathroom were separate rooms, each with a sink.

This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!

One of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The view from our room was both spacious and breathtaking, the staff fantastic!! From the shuttle service to the concierge; everybody was so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional and restaurant decor perfection! The outdoor infinity tub, pool and sauna with a view were thoughtfully placed. The BEAUSiTE blew our expectations out of the water. We can't wait to return someday!!

Location: The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and you can tell! It’s beautifully done. Sat further up Zermatt the views are brilliant, but still within easy walking distance to the main stations; Zermatt Train station, Sunnegga Funicular, Gornergrat Station (our fav!) and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
Room: We stayed in a Double Room Matterhorn View (room number 601) - although no balcony the windows are plenty big enough to get a fantastic view. Definitely recommend upgrading to a view room if you can. Big bathroom with fab shower, and everything you could need, hair dryer, slippers, gowns, shampoo etc.
Food: On our first night we had fondue in the Witch’eeese Fondue Hut - this was a great experience. The fondue was good, but what made it was the private setting, in a cozy, clean and warm hut.
Breakfast was also great, with lots to choose from including made to order eggs.
Spa: Even if you aren’t a ‘spa person’ (like me!) I guarantee you’ll enjoy this. It was so peaceful when we stayed, with plenty of places to sit / lay - most times we had all the pools to ourselves. The heated outside pool, is a cosy 30c with fab views of the Matterhorn.
Ski Service: If you’re hiring skis while in Zermatt, remember to check with concierge. We got 15% off of ski, boot, helmet and poll hire. Not only that, your hire is delivered straight to a locker in the ski store (level -1 of the hotel) which you can access using your key card. The whole service was brilliant.

BEAUSiTE Zermatt exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIP guests, from the attentive front desk team to the meticulous housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
The property itself is stunning. The design is swanky and sophisticated, with a bold aesthetic that sets it apart from every other hotel in Zermatt. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully curated, this isn’t your typical alpine lodge. The decor is chic, modern, and luxurious while still feeling inviting.

This is the best hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything completely stress free. It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny.

Stilfullt design, høy standard på materialvalg og spreke fargevalg på både hotellrom, bar og frokostsalen. Lekkert spa med flere ulike soner både ute og inne. God service som legger alt til rette for at du skal ha et godt opphold.
