We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French.
The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too.
I could not recommend more

The entire staff was some of the most friendly people we met in Switzerland. The entire facilty was immaculate, and we felt very welcome. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Montreux.
