Beautiful property, great service. Perfect location walk to everything including all of Old Town. It is located on a pedestrian mall with difficult, so an out of town taxi had trouble finding the location

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in the best spot of Geneva and old town. We all enjoyed our stay. There were six adults in our family ski trip in three hotel rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful! Highly recommend

Great location near the lake ans shopping area. Beautiful room. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and plentiful

It was a little bit of an off experience. The decor of the room as more than a little odd, the bathroom had a hand shower in the tub with no glass. There was very limited vanity space (this is likely what bothered me most). I get this is meant to be a European experience; however, I expected a bit more of given the status of the property. The bar wasn’t really a bar, it was more of a parlor with drink service. Okay I suppose, was looking for more of a lobby “vibe”. Everything was super clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating - perhaps just not aligned with my personal preferences.

This is a relatively dark hotel. Not my favorite. Also for a hotel with this many stars, it has no air conditioning. It is located in a great location.

I loved the attention and service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room as just perfect and it is located in a prime location. The old town is just across the street. I’d definitely be going back there.

This was a great older hotel in an amazing central location in Geneva. It has interesting and well decorated rooms that provide a flourish of elegance. The service and the added touches that we are accustomed to in a 5 star venue were lacking however. We are used to attentive service and more polish in the guest orientation. We enjoy small touches like ensuring that we have tea or coffee preferences in the room, and perhaps a query as to whether fresh milk would be helpful for the tea. The breakfast was nice but again liked the variety and the quality of places like The Royal SAvoy in Lausanne or the Trois Rois in Basel. Pleasant stay nonetheless.
