Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍

Sehr gutes Hotel.Werden wieder hier buchen bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Crans Montana. Einziger Makel ist das Badezimmer.Wir finden es schade dass keine Dusche eingebaut ist.Meine Frau rutschte inder kleinen Badewanne aus.Sehr gefährlich. Sonst alles super.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 3 days. Everything was perfect, including the restaurant.

This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hôtel le Mont Paisible and had a truly memorable experience—even if it didn’t go as planned. We were caught in a rare mid-April blizzard, which limited our activities, but the staff’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. This is a family-run hotel that’s been lovingly operated for decades, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. When it became clear we couldn’t go out for dinner, they went above and beyond by setting up a private table for us in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and really speaks to the warmth of the team. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and we woke up to breathtaking mountain views each morning. Breakfast was simple but very tasty—fresh, satisfying, and just what you need to start the day. The location is also great—close enough to the main town of Crans-Montana for convenience, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay with genuinely caring hosts. We’re already thinking about coming back—hopefully without the blizzard next time!

Perfect place for skiing and they even have a transportation to the bottom of the Gondola

Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast

Always nice to come back to enjoy the classic ambiance of Crans Montana - food, service, location. Great, nice, professional staff. Place to cool down after day of ski sports.

From the moment Sonia picked me up at the Crans-Montana station to my last grapefruit gin and tonic before leaving, my 3 nights at Hotel Mont Paisible were all I hoped for. Calm, quiet, and comfort. Lucky me: I was given a free room upgrade to Prestige, with private balcony and panoramic view of the Alps and valley. The room was spacious, the bathroom a bit worn looking but everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels pristine. I appreciated the little room refrigerator for my sandwiches: the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and only open evenings thereafter. The one meal I had there was delicious and well presented. Their menu du soir proposal was a generous 3-course meal for a very reasonable CHF 42. Included breakfasts featured a well-stocked buffet with stunning views. My two massages with Simone were most enjoyable and relaxing. They included a complimentary hour of sauna time which I did not use. As I arrived by train I had to walk up a fairly steep hill in the thin mountain air for 5-7 minutes to get the bus into the village: a bit of a challenge for my age and fitness level. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I got to speak English, French, and Italian with them. It was just the kind of cozy atmosphere I hoped to find.

Overall a good place to stay. Ski lift only a short walk away and complimentary shuttle offered in the morning anyway. The only reason for four stars not five was the hotel restaurant and even the bar is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. The nearest restaurants are a (free) bus ride away.

Great staff who, at peak season, still went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

A wonderful experience thanks to the fantastic staff at all levels. Professional service, smiles, kindness, personal attention, ... gave us a lovely long and relaxing week-end.

Nice hotel and very nice staff. Views were amazing. Only downside is that buses only run til 730 and the town is a bit far but the lift is right there
