So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back.

Das Frühstück überzeugte durch eine große Auswahl, darunter frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen auf Bestellung sowie zahlreiche gesunde Optionen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der keine Wünsche offenlässt: zwei Dampfbäder, zwei Saunen und viel Raum zum Entspannen. Der Pool im Familienbereich ist ausreichend groß, um auch Bahnen schwimmen zu können, und der integrierte Whirlpool sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍

This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hôtel le Mont Paisible and had a truly memorable experience—even if it didn’t go as planned. We were caught in a rare mid-April blizzard, which limited our activities, but the staff’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. This is a family-run hotel that’s been lovingly operated for decades, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. When it became clear we couldn’t go out for dinner, they went above and beyond by setting up a private table for us in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and really speaks to the warmth of the team. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and we woke up to breathtaking mountain views each morning. Breakfast was simple but very tasty—fresh, satisfying, and just what you need to start the day. The location is also great—close enough to the main town of Crans-Montana for convenience, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay with genuinely caring hosts. We’re already thinking about coming back—hopefully without the blizzard next time!

This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hôtel le Mont Paisible and had a truly memorable experience—even if it didn’t go as planned. We were caught in a rare mid-April blizzard, which limited our activities, but the staff’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. This is a family-run hotel that’s been lovingly operated for decades, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. When it became clear we couldn’t go out for dinner, they went above and beyond by setting up a private table for us in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and really speaks to the warmth of the team. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and we woke up to breathtaking mountain views each morning. Breakfast was simple but very tasty—fresh, satisfying, and just what you need to start the day. The location is also great—close enough to the main town of Crans-Montana for convenience, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay with genuinely caring hosts. We’re already thinking about coming back—hopefully without the blizzard next time!
