Schönes und hochwertiges Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Zermatt. Das Zimmer war zwar eher kompakt, jedoch modern gestaltet und mit einer gehobenen, durchdachten Ausstattung versehen. Das Frühstück überzeugte durch eine große Auswahl, darunter frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen auf Bestellung sowie zahlreiche gesunde Optionen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der keine Wünsche offenlässt: zwei Dampfbäder, zwei Saunen und viel Raum zum Entspannen. Der Pool im Familienbereich ist ausreichend groß, um auch Bahnen schwimmen zu können, und der integrierte Whirlpool sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Ebenfalls sehr positiv ist der Skiraum zu erwähnen, der gut organisiert ist und über separate, abschließbare Spinde für jedes Zimmer verfügt.

Très agréable séjour passé au Mont Paisible, un accueil très chaleureux. Chambre avec vue sur les Montagnes, un petit déjeuner au top et personnel très convivial et efficace. Hôtel très propre, très bien entretenu. Notre séjour un peu court mais reviendrons avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme.

Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍

L'hotel est situé en hauteur ce qui permet de magnifiques vues sur les montagnes que ce soit des chambres ou de la salle à manger. Le personnel est bienveillant et aux petits soins. L'hotel se trouve également à proximité d'un arrêt de bus, ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur le parking de l'hotel et de nous déplacer en bus.

Sehr gutes Hotel.Werden wieder hier buchen bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Crans Montana. Einziger Makel ist das Badezimmer.Wir finden es schade dass keine Dusche eingebaut ist.Meine Frau rutschte inder kleinen Badewanne aus.Sehr gefährlich. Sonst alles super.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 3 days. Everything was perfect, including the restaurant.

This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hôtel le Mont Paisible and had a truly memorable experience—even if it didn’t go as planned. We were caught in a rare mid-April blizzard, which limited our activities, but the staff’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. This is a family-run hotel that’s been lovingly operated for decades, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. When it became clear we couldn’t go out for dinner, they went above and beyond by setting up a private table for us in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and really speaks to the warmth of the team. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and we woke up to breathtaking mountain views each morning. Breakfast was simple but very tasty—fresh, satisfying, and just what you need to start the day. The location is also great—close enough to the main town of Crans-Montana for convenience, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay with genuinely caring hosts. We’re already thinking about coming back—hopefully without the blizzard next time!
