I've stayed here three times and will continue to return. Easy access everywhere. Strategically located close to the MRT, train station, and bus stop, it's in a quiet area. Perfect for slow living in the middle of busy Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the television, and they quickly came to fix it. Cleanliness is excellent. I stayed here for two days and they cleaned the room every day.

The location is perfect, just next door from Wanhua train station and 5 mins walk from Longshan Temple MRT exit 2. The hotel is pretty, the room is cozy and quite spacious. The service is excellent, especially from Ivan Hsu.

Traveling is very convenient, very close to MRT Longshan Temple (use the exit that says Wanhua, take a shortcut and you'll be very close to the hotel). As for TRA, it's right next to the hotel. The bedroom is nice, has a window, and a Japanese toilet. Don't worry about not having a butt spray, haha. The hotel staff provide very good service, always smiling. As for the housekeeper, they are very diligent in coming to clean the room. Change different clothes every day. The hotel also has a service to call a car to take you to the airport. For those returning on a very early morning flight, the rate is 1200 TWD/car cash payment, 1260 TWD/car credit card, pay once, there will definitely be no additional charge. You can choose a small or large vehicle depending on the size of your bag because if you try using uber it's very expensive in the early morning hours like this. (We reserved the car at 5.30 am) The ride took about 30-40 minutes. We arrived very early, around 5.50 am. It seemed like the hotel staff would brief the driver to take us as quickly as possible. I'm worried that I'll miss my flight. Haha. Overall, I really love Caesar Metro Taipei. In the future, if I come to Taiwan again, I will definitely stay here.

Property close to rail transport so that good. Claims to be 100% no smoking but room was obviously stinking of cigarette smoke. Daughter in another room noticed it when she came into my room. Pool users have to wear TWD100 caps! What a crock. Is the pool filter that bad? Hotel full of rude pushing and shoving face diaper wearing mainlanders. Staff helpful and friendly. They don’t publicise the 10% discount at the nearby (100m walk) FamilyMart when you show yr room card. Very dark public areas at lifts.

The location is only 3 mins walk from the Ling Shan Temple Station. It’s also next to the Train Station too.
There are one 7-11 and one Family Mart in the right side of the front door,
There are a small foodcourt inside the Lung Shan Temple Market. The handmade dumplings, tradition Taiwan food and vegetarian food, etc….
The staff are very helpful and friendly when we check in at the kiosk. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very thoughtful. They meet our request and sort out our problem promptly.
The room is spacious and clean. There are shower ( not powerful but it’s ok) and bath tub. There are shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom.
The area is very safe and convenience. It’s only one station to Ximenting station.
I am sure I will come back again.

Conveniently located above Wanhua Station. About 7mins walk to Longshan Temple MRT station. Has 7-11 and Family Mart just around the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel can be very busy with many groups so wait time for the elevators can be long. Otherwise, good place to stay if you enjoy a very local area surrounded by a local environment.

The hotel lobby was elegant and welcoming, but once we reached our floor (23rd), the experience changed. The corridor lighting was extremely dim — not only straining on the eyes but also creating an uneasy feeling, especially when walking alone. The stark contrast in ambiance between the lobby and the corridors was quite surprising.
That said, the room itself was pleasant overall, with a fantastic view facing the Yangmingshan direction — definitely a highlight of our stay.
