I've stayed here three times and will continue to return. Easy access everywhere. Strategically located close to the MRT, train station, and bus stop, it's in a quiet area. Perfect for slow living in the middle of busy Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the television, and they quickly came to fix it. Cleanliness is excellent. I stayed here for two days and they cleaned the room every day.

The location is perfect, just next door from Wanhua train station and 5 mins walk from Longshan Temple MRT exit 2. The hotel is pretty, the room is cozy and quite spacious. The service is excellent, especially from Ivan Hsu.

Traveling is very convenient, very close to MRT Longshan Temple (use the exit that says Wanhua, take a shortcut and you'll be very close to the hotel). As for TRA, it's right next to the hotel. The bedroom is nice, has a window, and a Japanese toilet. Don't worry about not having a butt spray, haha. The hotel staff provide very good service, always smiling. As for the housekeeper, they are very diligent in coming to clean the room. Change different clothes every day. The hotel also has a service to call a car to take you to the airport. For those returning on a very early morning flight, the rate is 1200 TWD/car cash payment, 1260 TWD/car credit card, pay once, there will definitely be no additional charge. You can choose a small or large vehicle depending on the size of your bag because if you try using uber it's very expensive in the early morning hours like this. (We reserved the car at 5.30 am) The ride took about 30-40 minutes. We arrived very early, around 5.50 am. It seemed like the hotel staff would brief the driver to take us as quickly as possible. I'm worried that I'll miss my flight. Haha. Overall, I really love Caesar Metro Taipei. In the future, if I come to Taiwan again, I will definitely stay here.

Convenient, good location, clean and spacious room. The only thing to improve on is that they need to clean their dehumidifier water holding container in the room, it was covered with a thick layer of gunk.

Super friendly staffd hotel. The location is excellent with a subway stop in the same area. One stop with take you to Taipei station where you can connect to lots of locations. A small night market and a great temple are nearby.

Always a great stay. This time was the best. We opted for self check in. A manager came over to help my friend check in. The kiosk prints cards and the receipt. VIP for Expedia guests. We got a 2 hour late checkout. This is my 5+ stay. Starbucks coffee shop inside the hotel. Recommended!
