Best hotel ever.. 50 steps to ximen station. 30 steps to the ximen walker night market..

So clean and awesome crew !recommended to stay here

Pros: Superb location, close to 7-11, family mart which I usually go there for breakfast and fresh coffee at reasonable price. Very close to Ximending shopping area with a lot of local street food and restaurants. Walking distance to MRT Ximen Station. It 's the same hotel as the Dairy of Ximending. The hotel is merged in the building with pub/game arcade at 3-4th floor. The hotel staff was nice to help us solve the problem with the pre-arranged pick up service to the airport. We also booked the airport transfer but do not book it through the app. The service was very bad, driver was late and get to the wrong hotel. We need to ask the hotel manager to make a call (in Chinese) and help. When arrived, the driver was a very old man who could barely walked himself, he even not got off the car to help with the luggage. We did it all by ourself. Also, when drop off at the airport even though notice the airline he just drop us where it 's not available to get in. The worst transfer service I had ever receive. Be pay a little extra and book the hotel transfer service at 1100NTD/car to airport (max 4 people). Cons: The cleanliness was under standard. The used towel and used bottle of water was left in the room. Quality of mattress and towel was at range of 2 stars hotel. Free 2 bottle water/day.

The staff are nice. The location is great specially when you are after the night market.

The room is very clean, accommodating staff, clean toilet and bathroom ❤️ There is a free shampoo, conditioner and snacks. All in all that was great ❤️

This is the 2nd time we stay at Moshamanla. Location is great, hotel staff are helpful. Overall its value for money

Good location to Main station and Ximenting shopping area

Family Room is very spacious even with 2 double beds! Toilet was well equipped, japanese styled toilet bowl with bidet and seat warmer. Has basic toiletries like shampoo, body soap, toothbrush/toothpaste. I supposed the toilet is wheelchair friendly as some water from the shower area may flow out of the toilet due to flat surface and the toilet door is a sliding style with no locks. A pity that the shower head cannot be adjusted as there is only 1 mode for the shower head which can be quite painful for people with sensitive skin. Room design is very simplistic, lighting can be insufficient for some and the TV was somehow misaligned as it is not centered for the two double beds. The sofa is big enough for 3 adults with a medium round dining table. It's a game of luck as I heard from friends who stayed in Family Room had a slightly different configuration with a smaller space at the sofa area. Check in is strictly at 3pm or later. If early check in is required, may need to pay a small fee for early check in. Hotel provides luggage storage if you arrive there early. For those who like to eat cup noodles, hot/cold water dispenser is available at all floors near the lift lobby area. Overall, a good stay, will consider to book this hotel again when I come to Taiwan.
