Staff are friendly and hotel is clean. The only issue is that the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and can get really noisy at times.

Love the location: technology park is within walking distance; a large shopping mall with lots of eateries and restaurants is located opposite of the hotel; a 7-Eleven convenience store is next door. Service level of hotel staff is impeccable and empathetic. Food variety and quality of the hotel's restaurant is solidly above average. If fresh air and long walks are your thing, then this hotel should be your top choice. Hailing a taxi is breeze, and the trip to Xinyi shopping area will take at most 20 minutes of taxi ride.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was advertised properly. The room was quite big, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and I love the congee with the accompaniments! The gym was very small with minimal equipment but was expected and enough for a quick workout. I will come back again!

Life safety issue: you are propping open the fire doors to the stairwells! This is very dangerous. If a fire starts anywhere in the building the smoke will get into the stairwells and then onto every floor in the hotel. The smoke kills people. Keep the doors closed. You can replace the hinges on the fire doors with hinges that will not allow the doors to be propped open.

The sound proofing in the room was terrible, could here the other room coughing and tv sound, not because the other rooms tv volun was turned really loud it was purely because sound proofing was horrible. Could hear the coughing and clearing the throat clearly. Do not recommend staying at the hotel if you need a good night sleep.
