Everything was wonderful throughout our stay. Special mention of the very friendly service, especially at the Level 1 concierge. The room was maintained very well. And offered a very nice view of Neihu district. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed.

Loved the staff who took care of our luggage before check in time and had it in our spacious and clean rooms. Love the fact there is a modern mall in the same complex . Some excellent shopping and dining experiences .

Selected Room type (club room delux double queens) was not available for our family on check in - given two different rooms with the family forced to split

Bathroom is very dirty. Has mold everywhere.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! This was my first time in Taipei and this location was just perfect-restaurants, shopping, and transportation was also convenient. The staff was amazing and my room was just stunning with the view and just how everything was so clean.. when I come back to Taipei I’m definitely staying at this hotel again. Thank you Marriott for a great experience and I’ll see you again next time!

Large rooms with everything you need, large bathrooms with walkin shower and bathtub, very clean. Views are wonderful, especially from the top floors. The breakfast and the gym are ok.

Hotel condition as expected. Not super clean but not dirty. Room is big enough. Hotel is part of subway station. Taxi/Uber stop is unfriendly. No taxi/uber pick-up zone in this hotel. The most annoying is check-in counter. It took long time. Staff's priority was picking up a phone call and ignoring guests in front of them or in a que. My check-out took only 10 seconds but I had to wait for unreasonably long. Ridiculous!

Excellent location with MRT and HSR .. blue line going to Taipei 101 and major attraction takes only 4 stops! Amazing location with 7-11 shopping and bookstore. 5 star location! Loving it 😍😍

hotel area and rooms were very efficiently cleaned everyday. both of my rooms were upgraded but no free breakfast included which were abit disappointing considering the prices we paid was about SG$300 per room per night which i booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. I thought i heard there were free breakfast during check-in though so we decided to Q up on the following morning but turn out there were none so i just paid for 4 adults and 1 child but there was a 1 for 1 promotion of some sorts so each adult on average was about SG$20++ and the kid price was about SG$15++. Food selection were aplenty for their breakfast but no beer though for those who likes to drink in the morning. even though during weekdays there are plenty of other dinning options nearby or below the hotel, take note that the same dinning options especially the air conditioned places are mostly not open on weekends or open at 10.30am onwards so walk abit further for some neighborhood food stalls if ur planning for earlier breakfasts. no pools of any kind in the hotel except a modern gym and spa. a small Mcdonalds outlet just right beside the entrance but closes around 10pm. can always depend on 7-11 too since it's 24 hours though. MRT lines, taxi stand and bus interchange are right below the building so going anywhere is very convenient.

The stay at the Hotel was amazing. Their staff is extremely welcoming. The room is very clean and the service is great! Highly recommend!!

Pros: Upscale and contemporary design. The room is superb. Very clean, quiet, and spacious. Especially, there is no musty smell in the room or hotel. The bed is super comfortable. The sunrise restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. Love the location. Not as crowed as central Taipei area. Easy to access to the subway station, train, and high speed rail. Convenience store just downstairs. Starbucks and other food vendors are just 2-3 mins walk. Cons: There are a couple things slightly different than other hotels. For example, the check in is located at 7 floor, and the parking lot is not on the same hotel building (may need to walk 5-10 mins). Unlike USA hotels, in order to have a “do not disturb” sign, I had to keep one key in the room. But, it’s okay because the front desk gave me another key to put it there. Over all, I really enjoy my stay and I would definitely stay there again for my next visit.

Everything was so convenient and just a Uber ride away. Six stars if they only had a swimming pool.

Good location, near the train, connected to a mall.

Love the facility is connected to a shopping center and the train station. It’s very convenient that we can shop until very late at night.

Nice area, shopping mall with a lot of restaurants, MRT station there. Friendly staff.
