This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and on this stay I was here for one week. Hotel is truly outstanding. It has wonderful public spaces, clean rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent with lots of local shopping and restaurants available in the same complex, if you decide to eat outside the hotel, it’s a short ride in an Uber or a taxi to downtown Taipei, or further a field as the hotel is above an train station. Moreover, relative to downtown hotels, it represents excellent value.

Excellent stay, great rooms, prompt service. Great location with convenient TSA and MRT available. Hotel concierge were very helpful with taxi bookings. Entire shopping mall with more than 10 floors of shops and F&B to enjoy if you are too tired to travel around too!

Hotel Staff, especially the concierge and bellboys/doorman are very helpful and friendly. They would always greet you with a smile. Request for towels and room cleaning are very fast. Also room service food faster than usual.

We stayed there for a total of 14 days. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is so helpful and going out of their way to help us. The location is great with lots of food and shopping. There’s the MRT, train and high speed train station right below the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
